No thank you, based on Capcom’s recent offerings I shutter to think what modern Capcom fighting division would do to this amazing series. A remaster with higher resolution support and rollback net-code with cross play would be absolutely phenomenal though!
I appreciate your sentiment dude, I really do…but if your really a fan of this game, you know how much different it is from anything Capcom has made in the past probably… 20 years. It just wouldn’t play like the CVS we know and love, I am all but certain, and that would just be a bummer.

I felt CvS2 had the best balance. MvC had the Marvel characters way too OP to make it fair out of wishing to appease the Marvel side. UMvC3 seems more balanced although Zero is broken af xD

There is a lot of powerful SNK characters but they all tend to be bosses characters; Rugal, Geese, Yamazaki. However I would have to agree there is a lower of underpowered characters like, King, Yuri, Athena, Benimaru etc. I would love to see a CSV3 and Robert vs Dan etc.
SNK Chaos looked amazing and had a great cast but the gameplay let it down.

Haha Bas is too strong, he used to use Vega instead of Yamazaki at least.

I feel this way about Krohnen in KoF'15. Every single Top 8 and pretty much every Grand Finals has him on at least one team making me turn off as soon as the Grand Finals set up and he's on either side
