    Bring a grounding cord and make sure you touch the earth especially during the sunrise routine. Grounding has been shown to normalize everyone's wake times in a study.

    Doe this really work ..I am an anxious flyer and would like to get sleep on long haul flights..does 5mg knock you out or do u force urself to go to sleep..My anxiety usually prevents me from sleeping during flight

      So melatonin will not knock you out per se. It’s a naturally occurring hormone so it’ll make you sleepy. If you think your anxiety might prevent you from sleeping, then knocking yourself out with a sleeping pill may be better. Although, I personally am not a fan since you won’t feel rested after waking up. As always, speak to your healthcare provider as they may have safer, healthier, better for you options available.
