The Adidas Solar Glide 5 was on my top three best shoes overall from 2022 and for slow runs and very long runs it was my favorite shoe from the last two or three years. I will get the 6th version in a black Friday discont, because right now I don't need another high cushioning shoe. But I got to say that it is as good and even better in some says , like stability and the running flows nicely, versus my Asics Gel-Nimbus 25 or my Ultraboost Light.
The Adidas Solar Glide 7 better come with Light Boost but got to keep the exoskeleton with the Bounce and the LEP system !

I'm a 32 yr old guy. Been going through shoes every 6 months for the past 10 or so years. I've got arthritis, bad knees, and feet are prone to getting sore every other day. I ordered the Solar Glide 6 in October 2022 and it's March 2024 and im starting to think about getting new ones. These have shoes have been wonderful for me. 10/10. I'm thinking I'll either order them again or try something new by Adidas that's similar.
Hey bud. Thanks for the review! These shoes are 323 grams - not 232 as stated in the video. I'm considering getting these as running in 300 gram shoes got me to 'tone up' in the past 😅

Honestly I hate firm part behind heel on 6, it is not just estetic it is hard, so my favorite shoes are still Solar Glide 5. Hovever tongue is better on 6.
Just got a pair for 60 Euro :D People, wait for a sale, Adidas makes price drops on a regular basis. At least in Germany they do.
What’s the difference between Solar Glide and the Solarboost?

I had absolutely no issues with my Solarglide 5 and it's my favourite shoe.. ultraboost is just too heavy for my walking purposes
ps. I weigh 208lbs
