Luigi Mangione flown to New York, hit with new federal charges | ABC News

Accused CEO killer Luigi Mangione has been flown to New York to face a murder charge after a morning court appearance in Pennsylvania.
Mr Mangione also faces new federal charges of murder and stalking.
That's top of the state charges filed in New York, which include murder as an act of terrorism.
The 26-year-old agreed to waive his right to an extradition hearing in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested last week, and was immediately turned over to a group of NYPD officers who led him to a waiting SUV.
He then boarded a small plane for the New York area.
The new federal complaint charges him with two counts of stalking, murder through use of a firearm, and a firearms offence.
