In this video he talks about RAY LEWIS,line backer for the Ravens in the NFL, for 13 year's and being selected to the pro bowl,several times, but I remember years ago when my 1st duty station was in South Korea and I was awarded my 1st letter of commendation from the commanding General RICHARD STILLWELL,8th Army and on my 3rd duty station when I was stationed in Germany, I got my 2nd letter of commendation from the commanding General FROM 3rd Armour division FORT HOOD TEXAS, and my father couldn't believe it, it's hard enough to get one letter, much less two, he told me that, that doesn't happen unless you are something very special, and I said Dad,I'm only doing my job, and in my 1st duty station with less than one year, come on,that doesn't happen, but it did happen, so eventually RAY LEWIS was an exception to the norm in the NFL, doesn't happen to often, but when it does happen, just accept it with GRACE.
