Weekly check in - starting week 7 of the summer shred and fasting

  • Lot’s going on this week - we did a 36 hour fast and it wasn’t so bad so DH and I decided to move to intermittently fasting using a 17/7 protocol where we only eat during a 7 hour window each day by skipping dinner.
    Really happy to be on the last week of this challenge, seeing some great results and next week I’ll be moving to Piyo.
