@@Pavimo_ This is what I’m trying to figure out b4 I spend the big bucks. My sensor is in the middle of the Toyota emblem 10” above the stock bumper to the bottom of the emblem, 12” to the center of the emblem. I really like the look with the bull bar, but I really don’t want to interfere with the sensor. Two different vids says it interferes intermittently. @Connor Lee says CBI says it will interfere, BUT when I contacted CBI (of course) they told ME it will NOT interfere. Just looking for a definitive yes or no! It looks lower than others which I am certain WILL interfere…
Off road shop here in town wants to charge me 8 hrs for a bumper install. Some how this $2100 bumper has turned into $4200 with lights and a winch, I asked for nothing fancy. Pretty sure they're screwing me. It's a 2018 Taco Offroad. I'm thinking a bumper at that price should be able to be installed with lights, winch and labor for 3k. Am I wrong? She wants to pit a 10k lb winch on there. I ask this because its the only local shop and I want a lot of mods done. Should I trust them or put them on blast? Any thoughts?
So depending on if you need to cut the bumper, and depending on how many light accessories you plan on putting in there. Keep in mind each accessory requires wiring, also, cutting the bumper to get a cut that doesn't create a large gap takes time, and if the winch requires spooling or not. I think 5-8 hours is a fair rate. and also each city has its own flat rate charge.
Just ordered mine a couple days ago, I’m hoping it won’t take to long but I know it will. I’m debating on which light bar to get for it, I wanted to do only diode dynamics but they don’t make a 20” light bar. I got the bumper caps, I got in accident that messed up my bumper so it’s the prefect time to upgrade.
does that interfere with the tss sensor at all?
That looks awesome I think I found a bumper; what tires lift suspension is that truck running?
I'm curious to know if that style of bumper can accommodate a winch plate and fairlead rollers.
The desert color is beautiful
What suspension mods needed done? Did you have to change front stock springs?
Do a video on the work you do on regular customer rigs 👍🏻
What grille is that with the raptor lights?
Did the bull bar interfere with the forward sensor behind the grill functioning correctly? Thanks.
CBI says it will
So far I’ve had zero issues with the TSS.

R4T, Get CBI Offroad to start making this for the GX470. That would look SWEET on my Lexy!
I wonder what the total cost would be for bumper and install complete from start to finish with all parts and labor.

What do you do with your wheel wells. Remove completely?

Tell CBI to make one for that white RAV4 + bumper caps for all the baby runners out there.
Any issues with the tss ?
Do you know if this bumper is airbag certified?
I am pretty sure any steel after-market bumper makes it no longer airbag certified.
What does that aluminum bumper weigh
Where did you get the color match bumper caps
They're available on their website, just search for "R4T Bumper Caps"
Looks perfect 👍 nice work
