Best Butter Cookie with Peanut Recipes :: Super Easy, But Really Delicious :: Homemade Cookies

I made butter cookies with peanut that are easy to make.
It's easy to make, but the taste is really the best.
You can add peanuts like me,
Even if you omit the peanut and eat it as a basic cookie, it is very delicious.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) weighing.
[12 7.5cm]
✤ Ingredients for Dough
-250g Soft flour
-70g Sugar
-100g Room temperature unsalted butter
-1 Egg
-2g Salt (1tsp flat)
-2g Baking powder
-5~6drops of vanilla essence (can be omitted)
✤ Topping
-90g Chopped peanuts
-2 tbsp of egg whites (take away from the dough ingredients above)
✤ TIP
-If there is no soft flour, 225g plain flour + 25g cornstarch + 1.5tsp of baking powder, make it with this ratio.
-The oven temperature can vary depending on the thickness of the cookie.
-This is possible with the Airfryer, and set the temperature to about 10 degrees lower than the oven.
-It's not sweeter than the cookies you sell. If you want more sweetness, add about 20g more.
- Storage is frozen storage
