7:20 when he was talking about how the zombies should just get killed by the sun. Second reason is that the normal zombies are not being affected by the sun. Its basically the same zombie movie and video game.
Actually the normal biters are affected by the UV but it just slows them down, but like you said, it's the special zombies that are extra vulnerable to that.
Enough UV Rays can kill the virus, on a cellular level. There are billions of billions of cells in a human body, also explaining why biters look like shit.
@@Omar12831 It does. The normal zombies become stronger, faster and more aware at night. They are only affected by the constant UV from the sun since it reduces the presence of the virus in the body and the night lights dont have a huge impact considering the low amount of the virus they have anyways. It is literally explained at the very start of the game.
"worse" I love his vids and for the most part, they are all pretty great, but his opening jokes have been getting worse as of late. I know humor is subjective, but IMO, the opening jokes are getting pretty bad and too lengthy.

Actually, the sun gives out less ultraviolet than specialized disinfecting lamps which are used in hospitals. Still doesn't explain the flashlight, though.
@@mallexxxxx They don't though. As the guy above you mentioned, normal infected cannot take damage from the sun or UV light (as they are less mutated). The sun does, however, cause them to move slower in the day than it does at night. As for the mutated, only HIGHLY mutated infected (Volatiles) take damage from the sun, thus they only come out at night. The other mutations roam about freely both in the day and at night.
3:42 I’ve been to Paris in a apartment, and these Elevators actually exist. The door would be locked when used but will unlock when the elevator stops to the floor your in and opens at your destination. The door closes when riding the elevator. So two doors in one elevator from paris.
That whole "Burn the Antizin crates to get access to Rais," had me yelling at the screen when I played this game. First of all... how would the GRE have known if Kyle said he destroyed the crates BUT instead bought them to Jade? Second, let's say Kyle burnt just the crates, but took all the Antizin out first... WHO WOULD HAVE KNOWN. Bottom line: this game's biggest sin is Kyle RECKLESSLY following a(n) organization (GRE) that has NO idea what is going on on the ground.
"Do you live by the your own rules, Crane? Or are you merely someone else's puppet?" -Rais, addressing Crane's character flaws (ie. Exactly what you mentioned)
GRE has probably more than one operative who has contact with them such as zere and sa'id who works for Rais. Also GRE knows that Rais and his men are hording antizen and if they somehow aren't able to get a drop with antizen because it is stolen it would be easy to tell that the people in the tower took it.
2:26 can I add: why drop him in the middle of the city where everyone can see and he can potentially hit a building or something??? Why not just land him around the coast or a less populated area and have him walk to the city? I mean he literally could of just died right there and the whole mission would of been a waste.
@@fnafboy178 how is he any safer in the middle of the city where the biggest herd of zombies are vs some where in the corners of the city boarders with less zombie and human presence? He almost died landing in the middle even before he hit ground because of the landing zone
The Gre doesn't really care about Crain or anyone as they want to firebomb the whole city even while Crain is still in it. Plus they want Crain to get this file as fast as possible so they must drop him close to the center of the city.
@@mint_1018 Thats Incorrect, The GRE want to weaponize the virus and sell it off for money, the Ministry of Defence are the people who want to fire bomb the city.
Extra sin: I beat the game then started doing side quests, in one of the side quests The Rais’s right hand man showed up, so somehow, while being unconscious for a while, he didn’t get killed by the virals roaming the tower, didn’t die from blood loss or infection, and recovered to make it through the city to the quest point
I agree. People say that it's hard, but the only one that takes more than one lockpick (for me) is the Very Hard one. All it takes is a little bit of gameplay experience.
I swear some of these 'sins' are just dart making some jokes and counting that as a sin, for example at 10:46 when breken said he just a parkour instructor and then dart said its hard to run a parkour club in 2015 That's not a sin on the games side, that's just a bad joke.
A lot of these sins aren’t even for good reason, he’s just pointing out every microscopic mistake or questionable thing to ramp up the sin counter to like 100 by the end of the vid
But before that, Chris Redfield from RE5. Every time I hear Roger Craig Smith's voice I literally think of Chris. In 2014 when I played this game with my brother I was like "Ohh wow. One zombie killer is voicing another". Lol.
Yeah, I was going to ask... Is the game's framerate absolute ASS, or was something else going on? Because the hitching and frame skips are giving me a migraine. That can't possibly be how he actually played the game, Jesus...
EG - XXFurkanXX the numbers still dont add up. And dont the medical supplies come in different drops? Rahim or whoever says theres two types of drops, one with Antizin and one with supplies.
You forgot to mention Dahlia the witch's missions where you technically had to use zombie body parts to make cocktails.... Which is technically Cannibalism...
7:28 Ok, so, we have this thing called and “Ozone” layer, it protects us from most uv rays (that’s why some zombies burn a little) and doesn’t immediately burn or kill them, and if we didn’t have a ozone layer then we’d probably burn too
The normal zombies you run into the streets doesn't get damaged by the uv because the decay has left only a small part of the brain intact for the virus to control. and the UV can't penetrate skull. This would also mean that those Harran zombies would die because of the decay quite fast. The ones that get damaged are the ones mutated in ways that the body parts covered in the virus are more exposed.
The weakness to UV becomes more prominent with heavier the mutations are. Biters and Virals are almost normal humans so the sun doesn't hurt them as much as it hurts the more evolved zombies like Volatiles
4+ sins for Dying Light: 1) Despite being infected, Kyle is only injected with Antizin _twice_ for the whole game to suppress the virus. 2) The sequences in that "arena" and museum where you are disarmed, forced to fight with lame weapons with barely any med kits. Fuck them, +2 sins. 3) The escape sequnce from "arena" where everyone shoots at you. Fuck hard that part too.
Right? Fuck that. They won't know. This that shit in your backpack and keep it on the sly. Cache it somewhere safe as a rainy day fund for when shit gets bad and people really need some antizen. Then just happen to "find" a few vials and turn them in. There was literally no good reason to listen to the GRE and destroy them, other than to make Crane and the player feel bad when people later start dying due to the antizen shortage.
I feel ya. I felt actual pain watching those vials burn. Crane should've just taken the entire crate's worth and hidden them in his room, and then "magically" found some Antizin whenever the Tower needed it
12:45 if you look at the GRE broadcasts on brecken's TV before he breaks it, you can see that they are still alive, as the GRE states you are not legally allowed to hit them unless they hit you first.
Regarding Rais's plan, the GRE was lying to Crane because he's a goody-goody contractor who they correctly assumed would take issue with the real reason they want the data. I don't think that's a plot hole.
And a MAIN SIN: 80% of the roofs the character bounces on during the game would easily fracture from a person's weight in reality. A thin sheet or corrugated roof or any asbestos roof, and any tiled roof of the 3rd world wouldn't be able to resist even for a 14 year old kid's jumps.
The one thing I don’t like about the game is the ending cliffhanger where Camden talks about a cure but the game doesn’t allow you to continue and follow through with it
6:24 There was actually a spot in the game I think it's when you are getting to Dr. Camden, when your in the vents there is a rat that is dead but looks infected, if it's transmitted through bites that would explain why the rat is infected and not the flock of birds that fly around in the slums. I think it kills the animals but not humans for some reason
5:50 you could chalk this sin up to crane "trying to blend in" so he wouldn't blow his cover 7:59 they did not know weather rais or breken had the file as suleman had gone under a alias
Considering the one guy who makes the antidote in a van all I have to do is quote Iron Man. "Tony Stark was able to build this in a cave! With a box of scraps!" Lol
7:25 the UV lights only irritate or instinctually ward off most of the zombies. Except for Volatiles and Bolters which only come out at night and are harmed by UV lamps
bolters dont get affected by UV, they only get out on night because its safer for they own life, this was explained on the following dlc, on the following bolters appear on day (and sleep on night) because countryside its safer than slums and old town
I was always thinking that about the dumpsters and garbage piles, especially the piles, blue bags generally denote medical waste, so yeah, I'd love to land on a soft pile of used needles
You should redo this video since you got a lot of things factually incorrect, like the elevator door. I'm all for fun criticism but some of these are just plain incorrect/misunderstood.
The elevator door is a trifle in comparison with all the other nonsense going on in the game. He didn't mention some other stuff, like how did Rais and his crew just teleport near Crane in the basement when the lights went off. Crane has a fukin flashlight and night vision potions, in reality he would bounce behind some cover instead of waiting for the lights to turn on. And why Rais's minions even hang around him risking their lives obeying his orders when an apocalypse is going on and everybody's turning into zombies? ridiculous through and through
then sadly this aint your kind of humor guys plus its for entertainment not actual sins dont complain about something you already know the answer to...
Yeah, whenever I hear Roger Craig Smith, I immediately think of Sonic. I even forget that this guy's got range. Or any VA who has a good vocal range for that matter.
Yeah, the plot of this game is kind of...weak? I do enjoy Roger Crag Smith here cause the middle eastern accents make the dialogue veeeery cringy and wooden. Also, parkour and zombies so i had a ton of fun
Yooo thats crazy I just picked this up again after like 3 years of not playing and was dissapointed you didn't have a video on this, I was picking this game apart and every turn in narrative standards lol. Plus it dawned on me that this is really just chris redfield in another zombie situation. Aw man this is gonna be a good one.
For me it gets frustrating a lot. Like it is a game about free parcour movement but when im in a quest often the level forces me to go this exact way cuz all of a sudden theres barbed wire and other hurdles everywhere. Not to mention Crane, the parcour machine, not being able to climb ladders because theres a tiny lock to them?
Another thing I always wondered is how do the saviors let Jade though when Rais wants her for Zere's research? They are literally Rais' smugglers! Despite the bad story I still love this game.
Honestly this is my favorite game of this console generation. I did a platinum trophy run on this game took me over 300 hours of gameplay, I regret nothing lol awesome video love your content
Also, 'bout RCS' casting. You know, that he also voiced Sonic? So... *_Running around at the speed of sound?_* -falling of from the aircraft and then being introduced tp the enemies is one pretty similiar too (but it doesn't fit, 'cause pre-Generations Sonic was voiced by two different persons)- upd: pre-COLORS Sonic
12:47 So basically Dart is saying that necrosis sets in the moment something dies....or that the "zombies" are actually undead when they are simply infected with super rabies. I basically saying Dart's research streams aren't researching properly.
When Rais ordered his men to come down there and kill Jade and Kyle,Jade single-handedly kill all 4 but can’t manage to kill a zombie back at the tower(which btw is slow fragile).
Jade was seconds away from turning, it's pretty obvious that she had a strength boost from being heavily infected Edit: Additionally Jade is a trained martial artist, unlike Rais's men. Combine that with the massive infection strength boost and you get 4 dead guys
I don't know if it's in the video, but Crane never uses that vial of antizin he saved from the drop he destroyed. I literally want to fight the writer over this with my hands.

1. There are normal doors in elevators where I live. When the elevator is on another floor, they simply won't open. 2. The people in the village state that they're paying Rais for protection but he doesn't actually do any protecting and only takes the money.

Kyle does have talent he is a secret agent and the GRE didn't call him because only crain can do it and crane was sent because there was not many people available
A lot of these sins are wrong, (this isn't hate, just constructive criticism) kyle intentionally acts clueless at the start, so that they would think he's just another dude. also, the file that the GRE sad had the cure, actually had proof that they were trying to weaponize the virus. he was also good at parkour earlier, that's why he got the job, he has skills.
I think the Symbolism behind Cranes name is he's like a Crane and lifts things up like how he becomes a hero and lifts up the peoples hope for a future.

Actually, the sun gives out less ultraviolet than specialized disinfecting lamps which are used in hospitals. Still doesn't explain the flashlight, though.
Normal zombies aren´t really affected by uv light. Only the fully turned burn in sunlight, that´s why they only come out at night.
The zombies do take damage from the sun, so the whole sin isn't valid
@@elnacho657 Yeah, that too. Thanks, I forgot about that, haven't launched the game in 2 years or so.
Still, doesn't explain stun on runners by UV flashlight. They are less mutated than normal zombie (game tells you that in after death tips).

Or are you merely someone else's puppet?"
-Rais, addressing Crane's character flaws (ie. Exactly what you mentioned)
A lot like real people in wars
well to be fair, at the time he did believe that GRE was doing it "for the greater good"
Every time I play the game I get upset with just that. Nobody’s gonna know you took them, take them and hide them at the very least!

For dramatic purpose. In addition of your sin, rais thugs might find radio and give to rais
If he was dropped off away from survivors, He would have died before being able to complete his mission.

4+ sins for Dying Light:
1) Despite being infected, Kyle is only injected with Antizin _twice_ for the whole game to suppress the virus.
2) The sequences in that "arena" and museum where you are disarmed, forced to fight with lame weapons with barely any med kits. Fuck them, +2 sins.
3) The escape sequnce from "arena" where everyone shoots at you. Fuck hard that part too.

The burning antizen scene hurts...it hurts always when I watch this scene.
Right?
Yeah man I feel you. It really does 😰😰
5:43 i said the same thing like wth why would he let you walk on a crane if he knew you could have seizures
Regarding Rais's plan, the GRE was lying to Crane because he's a goody-goody contractor who they correctly assumed would take issue with the real reason they want the data. I don't think that's a plot hole.

Can't wait to roam the world of Dying Light 2.

Sadly DL2 could not live up to this
@@yeetingat100subs9 It certainly didn't reached half its potential.
I mean. You can simply land on harder roofs and not die.
5:50 you could chalk this sin up to crane "trying to blend in" so he wouldn't blow his cover
7:59 they did not know weather rais or breken had the file as suleman had gone under a alias
Also its stated the the infected arent dead so the tissue samples from the bolter sin is also a little off
Considering the one guy who makes the antidote in a van all I have to do is quote Iron Man. "Tony Stark was able to build this in a cave! With a box of scraps!" Lol
17:16 Craaannne! Sounds so like he was going to scream Chriiiis! Like from re5 lol
Ikr i got really angry through out the video because if this!

I don't think they work for Rais? Why would Rais need to smuggle anything when he has full access to both places?
Honestly this is my favorite game of this console generation. I did a platinum trophy run on this game took me over 300 hours of gameplay, I regret nothing lol awesome video love your content
Also, 'bout RCS' casting. You know, that he also voiced Sonic? So... *_Running around at the speed of sound?_*
-falling of from the aircraft and then being introduced tp the enemies is one pretty similiar too (but it doesn't fit, 'cause pre-Generations Sonic was voiced by two different persons)-
upd: pre-COLORS Sonic
12:47 So basically Dart is saying that necrosis sets in the moment something dies....or that the "zombies" are actually undead when they are simply infected with super rabies. I basically saying Dart's research streams aren't researching properly.
When Rais ordered his men to come down there and kill Jade and Kyle,Jade single-handedly kill all 4 but can’t manage to kill a zombie back at the tower(which btw is slow fragile).
Jade was seconds away from turning, it's pretty obvious that she had a strength boost from being heavily infected
Edit: Additionally Jade is a trained martial artist, unlike Rais's men. Combine that with the massive infection strength boost and you get 4 dead guys
