I can’t believe it and you might not either but I was the original thrifter that found the lee riders jacket and sold it on eBay. I was brand new at thrifting when I found it and I sold it for 500 in about 20 mins. I bought it for 5 bucks at a garage sale
@@LootFam the Yosemite Sam jacket. We are about an hour north of Houston in college station. Went to a garage sale mid morning and I saw the jacket. I knew nothing about vintage denim but knew it was special. The guy that was having the garage sale worked at a apartment complex and was allowed to have items tenants left. Long story short I bought it for 5 bucks got home did some quick rookie research and listed it for $500 it sold instantly. I think last time I looked it was back up on eBay after I sold it. Anyhow so cool to see it on your channel after all this time.
That is a great question. If the price is right i’ll pick up nearly all vintage levis regardless of oil stains. It also depends if the oil and any other distressing is visually appealing. I often get more for distressed jeans than new looking jeans. It can be a tough decision to make, but largely it has worked out for me. I leave jeans more often because the size is too large rather than the condition.
Which is your favorite?
I love number two. Hope to find one of these in the world someday. Thank you so much!👍🏼😁
Never in my life have I ever seen a pair of bell-bottoms...💁🏻...but I'd like too...👌🏼💯✔ I definitely wanna pair for myself...👍🏼
The 60s Riders are awesome. The wear looks fantastic. I love the 101J on the front of your rack too.
My personal favorite.

I love elvis preseley 101 jacket 😁
7k 😳 makes sense but that’s a tough market
How old and unique does a pair of jeans need to be if it is oil stained? I always leave behind oil stained jeans while thrifting.
