I think you need to go to the thrift stores along with some antique shops . Look for books in colors you like to display on your shelves around the fireplace. The texture of the books as well as the color will add so much to your decor. You can probably find some really unique pieces that will help bring those shelves to life. I enjoy your videos .

Sometimes we forget about our own health dealing with others in the family. My kids are grown and my husband and I are loving our life right now. We leave the cold weather in TN and head to the keys for 3 mons it keeps us active im 66 my husband is 64 so we always knew we would travel. No matter where I'm at I will watch your videos. ❤

Last week I was by my Target and Hobby Lobby lots of boxes around but Im looking for a large pictire for my living room.We had a big snow storm Tuesday another 3 inches fell overnight and another one coming tonight thru all day Friday.Winter decided to show up in Wisc.The items you found are so nice and the ones you ordered.Thank you for sharing.

Such a great pick me up for today! We had a horrible winter snow storm! Life kinda came to a stand still. But great time to do some of that deep cleaning & organizing. Mobile home living is such a tight spot to live in. Hubby works a little on are single wide & 1/2 double wide a little at a time. As budget allows. It's a tight one. I can hardly wait as it will have so much more space to live in & a real live pantry! I love your space it looks like a wonderful place to exist! ❤
To keep warm in winter I wear camisoles or undershirts. Seems I need two tops vs one in winter. Love seeing your new purch. Always fun to shop.

Crystal, it’s so gloomy and dreary here in southern Ontario too. No sun for weeks. Maybe months. I say the same thing. I’d rather have snow and cold with sunshine than this depressing weather.
That blue on you is very pretty:) We hit a deer and our car was in the shop for about 2 1/2 weeks .Deer can do a lot of damage. You found lots of goodies:) tfs and God bless:)

Hey Crystal! Well we are all gonna get reallllll cold ....below zero cold in the next week! I am not looking forward to it, that's for sure. And a major snow storm Friday into Saturday here as well. That's life in the Midwest! But there's lots of cold across the US with the polar vortex. Would be nice if we could just stay home and not have to deal with it! Those white canisters would look good in your black cabinet....but the white house canisters could go in there too! Like you, I have to do a lot of ordering online as our Target is small. I have a couple of other Targets around 30 minutes from me in either direction but typically throughout the day I can't get away from work long enough to take that ride. That slim tree is gorgeous but my husband has 4 trees in this house that grow to 7 feet and I'm having a hard time dealing with them! 🤣

Oh Crystal…..HL has a huge black barn picture in the print shop, it’s 47” x 34” …. Gorgeous! I think $95 before the 40% off. I wanted it so badly, but just too big for my mantle…it would be as wide. It would look awesome in your office! Go look for it!

Can you please tell me what eyeliner you have on your top lids? Also why didn't you get a rental car up under your auto coverage? You can use the sun dried tomatoes to make the recipe "Marry me Chicken" it is delicious!

I guess we all love how that cobalt blue looks on you! You are stunning in it! I think i would throughout the coming spring and summer try to find more pieces in that color! I am seriously considering trying out the osea product as i do not have a night cream at all! Also, although im no longer a fan of target, i will say they do have some very beautiful items! I just wish they would stop with promoting the "woke" garbage. Anyway, everything you got, including the food items all looked very nice or pretty! I can hardly wait to see which of those plants ends up in your office and or livingroom! I was also thinkong the same as another lady suggested, that you have a great opportunity to grow indoor plants with all of the natural light from your windows you now have! And, since its January and you do have a nice basement, if you are considering planting a vegetable garden this year, you could buy an indoor greenhouse and the grow lights and get the plants started now that take a much longer time to grow like tomatoes and peppers! Or you could keep them on a warming mat while using a domed planter that you can pick up anywhere right now, even walmart has them available! You could also begin growing flowers for the late spring to put out on your porch! I know if i had the time, and energy, i would be adding that into my routine. You just need to keep the seeds warm and moist, not sopping wet and in either sunlight or under a grow light! Then when they sprout just check on them every other day for watering needs. You may need to repot them as they grow also. But that us exciting when they get to that stage!

Crystal, the first thought that came to my mind when l saw those ribbed glasses was how cute they would look with raspberry sorbet in the summer!! Actually quite versatile l think. Our Target is small too, and they don't always have an abundance of the new items. I really can't believe that pleated lamp shades are back! Oh man, l'm getting old!!!

The recipe sounds delicious. I always prefer stock over broth because it usually has more veggies in it.
I sometimes make a Mediterranean salad that calls for sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh mozzarella, diced salami, red onion and tri-color spiral pasta with a good Italian dressing. It is colorful, yummy, can be made ahead and would be a perfect accompaniment to one of your hubby's grilling masterpieces.😊
I'm so glad you mentioned the weather. I live in Ohio and it's been unusually dark and dreary here too. My daughter in LA has noticed much less sun, even in sunny So.Cal. It is not conspiracy that it has to do with things the globalist, climate change agents are doing to block the sun, spraying chemtrails, etc. Sorry, but I had to go there. We can learn a lot from one another to help stay informed in order to protect our God given blessings and freedoms for ourselves, our children and grandchildren.❤

I'm so happy to be back to my everyday, neutral decor. LOVE the first canister and the coordinating pitcher! Pillow covers are very cute - I've gotten to where I only use pillow covers now. I want a tree like yours to put behind our new freestanding tub, which is set diagonally in a corner. I'm guessing you posted a link, I haven't looked yet. Those Target canisters were cute too! I have a problem when it comes to canisters... The kitchen towels are super cute! I have a problem with kitchen towels also, LOL. I'd love a link to your barstools, please. Broccoli stems are surprisingly delicious! you should try chopping them up and including them next time. I always whack off the bottom and toss it, then cut off each piece and use all of it, chopped. As a regular viewer, I've always thought that the new house would look great with touches of vintage/antiques. Washed pine hutches or cabinets, old quilts, etc. I know that's not everyone's thing. It's just a random thought. 🙂

@@CrystalTara I bought the pet hoover stand up vacuum back in July of 2022, per Crystal, but all of a sudden, its not working on my bare floors. I need a lightweight battery operated vacuum that cleans carpets and bare floors. Any suggestions?
Crystal I was reading through the recipe and I think you are supposed to take the sun dried tomatoes out of the jar and not pour the tomatoes with all the olive oil into the crockpot. That would be another way to cut down on the fat. It looks delicious and I agree that 2 cups of heavy cream seems like a lot. I love cooking with sun dried tomatoes. They add a lot of flavor.
