im looking for outside rubber casing where can i buy it

i got mine around around 2007 if im not wrong took it diving then had to send to seiko for service it seems water had entered the casing the service was done for free i am still wearing it but just few days ago the rubber piece at the winding side disintegrated i guess there is an issue with the outer rubber casing ,good watch comfortable and keeps good time
