- Honestly there isn't really a wrong way to build Gardevoir right now. This is the build used by top Gardevoir player Odin. You can get two big combos with one X attack and that is really powerful! Yeehaw Become a channel member today!:

Legends say that the only reason Gardevoir got buffed was because they gave it a battlepass holowear
I believe it, legend or not
Well yeah. It makes sense.
If you go back and look at most of the final BP holowears most of them were buffed during the season or before hand to make them strong.
This is good. If you like the game you should want them to make money. Profit and growth are what fuels everything.
It’s been like that even w delphox nerf
Gardevoir looks fun I will definitely try her out thanks to his video. I also really appreciate the thoughts on EXP share. It seemed like a good item when I was reading about it, but yeah I never struggle with farming since I played A LOT of League of Legends. I normally am even or 2 levels up
I'm surprised that Psychic has higher pick rate than Moon Blast because most of enemy Gardevoir that I encountered always use Moon Blast and the stun of that move is so annoying. Almost like Pikachu's Volt Tackle, and its safer since its range is also good. (you just have to hit it since its a skill shot).
Psychic is a low risk medium reward move, Moonblast is a medium risk high reward move. By comparison, Psychic has way more uptime, higher damage+spdef shred, and slightly more range as well as a lingering AoE, which makes it better as a poking/space control tool, bushcheck and is great at pressuring people off goals, though Moonblast probably has the competitive edge still due to the stun, and that can spread to adjacent targets
I usually go moonblast if the enemy team has zoroark or sableye or scizor, like Pokemon that just jump on you and try to murder you. Moonblast helps to get away from em easier.
@@nixixim Yea, Psychic is a more preemptive, high-damage choice while Moonblast is a far, far better defensive tool if the enemy doesn't have Full Heal or the like, and can let you capitalize way more easily
Played as Gardevoir for the first time yesterday and many matches more. And omg.. lol. I love the mages and now I have them all and looove this addition.
I've always used Moonblast and Psyshock. The stun from moonblast is just too good when everything can chase you down.
this should answer one of my questions on the zera vid, thx jae, perfect timing! thx hero jake! late hapy birthday!
You forgot to mention the most powerful effect that exp share has, it makes it more likeable to have a potion exp share charizard in your team
I use future sight and prefer it so much more. Sweeping through farms mid to late game is so satisfying, and ive used it while being chased to figure out if im still being tailed since its cooldown resets when hitting an enemy. I also use weakness policy for my third item since getting jumped from grass basically gives me a boost and i personally feel its helped me survive just with sheer power
Uhhhh.. weakness policy doesnt proc with garde it only boosts attack not special attack
Oh well i misread. Well ill go shell bell then lol
@@deathtrapsnap If you don't run wise glasses & choice specs already that will help you too
@@usahknights yeah what i run is shell bell e amp choice specs. Super low cooldown on psychic and psyshock so they are always up. And choice specs adds extra burst t
@@whispytoonsyt8723 In that case I would personally suggest to replace choice specs with wise glasses, since choice specs' extra damage proc is on a cooldown, but the percentual sp atk gain from wise glasses affects every hit and both psychic and psyshock hit multiple times
I use moonblast and psyshock. Moonblast lest you keep an opponent in place and psyhock let’s you hit them three times. Gardevoir also lacks defense and speed so you want to hit from a range and have x speed to either run away from a battle or run to one.
This is what I use as well! Works so well! Especially with so many things able to just charge you so easy.
Me too. I'm surprised so many people don't use moon blast. Its way better in this dive heavy meta
Gardevoir Main here, I’ve always been a Psyshock fan & am glad psychic is relevant once again!
I was using the exact item set and exact moveset plus 7 black 6 green emblems. I'm not that skilled but I really love this build.
Feels weird saying that I like Psychic way more than Moonblast now when it used to be the other way around. Lol
I prefer Psychic over Moonblast any day of the month because Psychic dramatically boosts your damage output with -60% SpDef reduction at most. I do however agree that Moonblast is necessary for games where your team won't offer to protect you from divers.
Moonblast is sadly practically necessary against certain comps, but it's great that you get to decide so late.
I uninstalled this game some hour ago, I cant stand it anymore, but for sure I'll keep watching your videos and guides despite I dont need them anymore. After all, I still love WATCHING the game, just don't like playing it. Yeehaw to you and yours!
Understandable, with the state the game is in now, with Sableye. I myself haven’t seen that much Sableye’s in my games, but that will probably change now that you can buy it with coins
I just started the game so maybe I'm missing something but what's wrong with Sableeye?
I see he can get some very sneaky scores and steal jungle sometimes but it's really not a lane threat.
@@palmpalm5663 Just watch the videos Spragels made on it. It can be really mean, especially with the shadow sneak/confuse ray build
I'm still playing out of sheer habit but since I reached master feels like i have no real "thing to do" inside of it.
I love exp share on sableye, he makes a good farmer assist and the movement speed is super nice combined with float stone
8:04
That was a strong wiggly
what isnt impossible, unlike being low lvl in solo q, is subbing to spragels pokemon!
finaly got my yellow ribbon gard and this is almost exactly my build omg !
Ray scoring speed makes charizard tic of true damage a must
As a Gardevoir master, I use pyshock and psychic. Held items are lvl 30, Shell bell, Wise glasses and Assault Vest. Assault Vest because Gardevoir has very low defense. Combination works so well for me. I've been using it ever since I've downloaded pokemon unite.
Nice
Only dual stack Sableye ;) this 1000 HP make so much diference as I ofter survive on my last 200-300 HP.
last Item is flexible: score shield, Float Stone, muscle band, Buddy barier, focus Band.
Gar-devour the competition
Dude, seeing a second Rayquaza legit scared me 😂😂
Thank you I was wondering what the best way to play her is right ow
So this is the best PLAYER'S build. Would this also work for the best IDLER?
Common psyshock W
Honestly I don‘t care - I just have sooo much fun playing Future Sight and Moonblast. Plus the reset gives my lizard brain the dopamine it needs lol. Been a Gardevoir main since like ever and my average damage is between 80k to 140k. Since the buff I even managed 170k once which is insane lol
Good day
spagels, would you be able to explain when/why you put in the cowboy and the character on the side, cause It seems random to put in imo
im not spragels but i'll explain, there was a game mode, where you fight against famous trainers from the main series games, and when they KO you or used a unite move, there was a little screen with their character and name on the screen, many people including spragels liked that feature, so he from there wanted that to be included in the game for regular players, thats why he puts that when he is on a ko streak.
@@15chagO thanks
Gardevoir❤❤🌸

Does Moonblast just not do enough DPS?
Its a mix of that and that psychic has a lingering aoe damage benefit whereas a lot of people have learned to work around the limited cc that moonblast gives
It's good. Psychic isn't better than moonblast and moonblast isn't better than psychic. As long as moonblast offers the cc and psychic offers more dmg, both are viable enough
It depends the mons the enemy team runs if they are bursty but squishy run moonblast if tanks run psychic. You’ll win way more of your games
😭🙏🏾💙
don't you use future sight 💀
@@niknat0073 made the switch recently with psyshock after psychic got a buff.
enemy of x attack 🤣🤣🤣
Inimigos do x ataque 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ok
6 kills 9 assists...
