You have to remove the shaft first, then you can rotate the cage around far enough to pull the balls out. It's actually extremely easy.

A conventional charger will sometimes spike into the upper 16v+ area.
bench supply, set it up and leave it be.
Legit question: how does the housing of a differential grenade like that? Where is that Force coming from? Or is it simply that the teeth and gearing inside explode and that hits the casing forcing it to crack? Edit: I see Mike answered this question later in the vid. It can be both!
Well it’s kinda hard to explain, but essentially those gears are seated into spots that are built into the housing, so applying a large amount of torque all in a split second is going to cause things to want to bend and warp, and things like gears and gear boxes don’t bend or warp, they’re brittle for a lack of a better word.

Hey boys, been watching you guys for years. Actually since the beginning. We opened a new business last summer called Gambit Off Road. We offer a universal Emergency Axle Replacement for Can Am and Polaris that holds the hub assembly together in the event of a broken axle or blown differential. Would work perfect for Mikes Car running 2wd. Or to add to Matt’s trail kit.
You gotta take the initiative and just send them a set for free to try then. If they like them, they'll probably give you a shout out and some exposure. Good luck

They aren't legally allowed to use the field, so unless the court cases get resolved and the land zoning is changed, the answer to your question is probably no unfortunately

How many volts could a battery tender really be putting out? I would expect most aftermarket ECUs to handle 25v for a short 😵 amount of time. Plus its weird that multiple things got damaged. I see shorts and over voltage problems hitting things like injector drivers and leaving other stuff alone. I have never messed with an AEM though.
