    Welcome to He Cooks She Eats In this video, you will see making of a mouth-watering Veg Chaap Champaran Handi. This dish is a vegetarian twist on the traditional Champaran meat dishes from Bihar, India. Rich in flavors and spices, this recipe is perfect for a hearty meal that will impress your family and friends.
    Ingredients:
    - 500g Veg Chaap
    - 3 large onions, finely chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, pureed
    - 1 cup yogurt
    - 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    - 4 green chilies, slit
    - 1 tsp turmeric powder
    - 2 tsp red chili powder
    - 2 tsp coriander powder
    - 1 tsp garam masala
    - Salt to taste
    - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    - 4 tbsp mustard oil
    - Whole spices (bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom)
    *Instructions:*
    1. Heat mustard oil in a handi or deep pan until it starts to smoke.
    2. Add whole spices and sauté for a few seconds.
    3. Add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
    4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
    5. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the mixture.
    6. Mix in the yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a few minutes.
    7. Add the veg chaap pieces and green chilies. Stir well to coat the chaap with the masala.
    8. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    9. Sprinkle garam masala and salt to taste.
    10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan, roti, or rice.
    Tips:
    - Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
    - For a richer taste, you can add a bit of cream or butter towards the end.
