During the 20 odds years he was MEP, he opposed _exactly_ what he said he was going to oppose and held the EU parliament feet to the fire. There's no way whomever is the Conservative leader post July is going to do a better job at PMQs. Nor is there any chance the Tories could galvanize some Labour backbenchers to defy the whip on some of the more extreme measures which are sure to come down the pipe, Nigel just might.
This is a reply to another channel talking about voting. Andy is right. The people that will make the difference are the one who VOTE " I DO NOT CONSENT " There are now Tshirts - which I do not make a £ from. Zero. Its not about money its about our children's future freedom. Don't stay at home VOTE - I DO NOT CONSENT This is a constructive conversation. There are some points that need clarification. Mark mentioned the rules for counting ballots, but it's crucial to remember that constitutional law takes precedence over these rules. The case of Ashby vs White in 1703 covered three key issues: 1. The separation of powers (you cannot be a Judge in your own cause) 2. The use of the Monarchy's prerogative for the benefit of the people 3. Election and ballot rights. In essence, Mark is mostly correct-98%-but the 2% detail is significant in law. Think of it like a jury's verdict: "Not Guilty" versus "Guilty"-a small linguistic difference with enormous legal implications. "None of the Above" is considered a spoiled ballot, but "I DO NOT CONSENT" aligns precisely with the full judgment in Ashby vs White. The House of Lords, in a 10-2 majority, ruled in our favour, and the Monarch prorogued Parliament in our favour. The phrase "Governed by consent" was thus established in law, not merely as a convention. Judges have stated that every vote must be counted, as seen in Hansard questions on spoiled ballots from 1966. What many don't know is that we have a King's Bench Election Court after each election. This special court, similar to the fire courts of 1666, is dedicated solely to election issues. These courts have specific opening and closing times. Why is this important? The judges in these courts are highly trained in common law and elections, and they are well-versed in Ashby vs White. Ignoring this case would mean perjuring their oath of office. The phrase "I DO NOT CONSENT" effectively withdraws consent, as per Ashby vs White, whereas not voting is simply abstention-a tacit agreement with whoever wins. If "I DO NOT CONSENT" forms the majority, it withdraws consent to be taxed and to be governed by Parliament, causing a constitutional crisis. While "None of the Above" is an option, it does not fully align with the constitutional law set by Ashby vs White. "I DO NOT CONSENT" halts everything. At that point, a paralegal constitutional law expert would be needed (and I know one who is available). A little knowledge can be dangerous, so don't get it wrong. Writing "I DO NOT CONSENT" can cause a constitutional crisis. In the recent London elections, we had 11,500 "I DO NOT CONSENT" votes. The word is spreading, but it's essential to steer people towards the actual constitutional law, not just what sounds good. Well done, Mark. Well done, Essex Angel. For those interested, the full judgment and comments are available in a 200-page PDF from the archives. We are institutional members of the Selden Society, with the King as patron and the Lady Chief Justice as vice president. This society keeps historical records of our ancient laws and customs, including case law. I have studied constitutional law for 30 years and know that the Constitution is the solution! You MUST vote, people died for you to have a vote! Peterloo
Don’t starting doubting yourself at this stage , great decisions were made in the blink of an eye , reform is one of those , no gimmicks, no bs , hard facts
If any of those dire predictions come true I fear there will be widespread, possibly violent, protests. I hope that the unniparty will get a massive shock when voters choose Reform in massive numbers. If Reform gets any degree of power it only gives them a chance to show the country they deliver on their promises. Anything less and I fear the consequences.
Just listened to Douglas murray on sky news Australia - worryingly he didn’t mention reform ONCE in the whole show about the turmoil in uk politics. Hmmm
If Reform get in (I hope they do), they will get no end of shit and lack of co-operation from the Civil Service, as has happened with the hapless Tories.
Of course they will 'Fail' the hope is they will rattle the Establishment to the core with the support they do get and things change. If they don't change then the next wave will be even stronger.
I think Andy is getting ahead of himself in this video let’s get this election out of the way first. Hopefully Reform do very well and can make a difference, the country needs it. Remember a vote for Reform is a vote for Reform not Liebour, and not a waste. So we need to vote Reform.
I've said for a while now; I think we're going to see a massive swing to Reform. People need change urgently; and I believe that, with Nigel Farage at its head, Reform really can do the job of putting our country back to normal. They'll have my vote!
The msm will be doing everything possible to demoralise reform voters if they don't win many seats, however this is a long term plan, it's about building a base and reducing the vote share of large parties who aren't listening to voters and sharing those votes with parties who do care.
I live in a Labour stronghold and have never voted Labour and never will because I take one look at this cesspit and the wasteful spending and general incompetency and ask "why would I want this on a national level?"
Look at Wales ,what a disaster Labour are giving Asylum seekers more money than us pensioners ,our Health service is abysmal all to do with Labour.Reform all the way 👍
If labour get in you may as well pack your job in as labour will take it all off you in tax. It's what they do, it's in their DNA. The tories are just as bad. I can't understand why anyone remotely sensible wouldn't give reform a go. How can they be any worse ?
As a swede, I just wish we had someone like Farage to vote for, even if it's difficult to know how things will end up. The so called election we had here in Sweden for EU reps was rigged up to its teeth or whatever one would call it.😊
You, in Sweden, are better off than we are in the UK as you at least have the Sweden Democrats in the Riksdag. We have nothing like that, nor are we likely to have. Anyway best wishes to Sweden from England.
Sweden has a much better system for dealing with clinical negligence claims (the UK system needs reforming and none of the parties are proposing a reformed system should be implemented which in itself would save £millions in legal fees).
Andy. An interesting and perhaps a necessary comment from someone who is very down to earth and willing to share his thoughts about the politics we are having to digest.
Liebour will of course get in, but I cannot bring myself to vote for the Liberal Conservative Democrat Party. Reform is not the answer this country needs, but it's the best that we've got at the moment. I feel that I have no choice but to vote for Reform.
When governments find pride and all the other nonsense more important than governing what we want then it’s broken and can’t be fixed. We can only look into the past and find what the people done. And it’s not good for them governing.
This is a long-term project as we should be aiming for 4 years to challenge and, in that time, build a movement to stand against labour as the tories are finished. What we should hope is that labour dont get a big enough majority to have a monopoly in parliament.if this fails then we should all hang our heads in shame as we have the numbers and a huge majority that want this country back to what it used to be years ago 🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧

@@donnaspeer2760 I know yet people keep blaming Khan getting back in due to the minority Muslim vote which is absolute crap! He got in because other Londoners couldn't be bothered to vote!
Determined to stick with reform I am confident reform will make the changes needed for our very survival
@Andy we have to save ourselves and remove the overlords ❤ I DO NOT CONSENT TO THE SLAVE SYSTEM
I don't think I could vote conservative or labour ever again, I have to give Reform a chance , I've lost count of Prime ministers ,We didn't get to vote for .
This country needs a fresh start a CTRL ALT DELETE I hope Reform does well, and kicks the arses of the main parties . because they need to feel the pain ,and know what a mess they have made of Our GREAT COUNTRY .their high towers they live in ,need to be knocked to the ground. We need a strong leader who is not afraid to tell it as it is ,
Who will face up to the issues we have and deal with them head on . we do need someone like "dare I say it" like Trump , someone with balls ,and not the cowering wimps we have now .
Farage isn't perfect ,but id have him any day over the muppets we currently have .
Nigel will give it a good go...let us give him a chance.....it's all down to the people vote .....we are in so much s**** all over the UK .we can't do any worse as it is....small acorns grow oak trees.
If REFORM fail they will just need to play the long game, building support, but I see that the growing damand for electoral change will bolster support for REFORM ready for future elections. We need to maintain our support.
@kenneths1585 Its simple THEY WONT FAIL. They have the policies fit for the 21st century unlike the Prehistoric parties.
We can't wait another 5 years, we need Reform to do outstandingly and win to get this country back on its feet.
There's no option but to vote, Reform, and get as many votes as possible.
It’s better to have tried and lost than never trying at all. Think positive I’m voting reform
What if, what if? IF they do get in and win they surely cannot be any worse than Labour, because THAT is not good. If you don't try you never find d out do you?
Can't be any worse than the other losers. So vote Reform!!
Let's not speculate. Let's get our Members in first! Let's see what they can do. I'm sure Nigel & Richard will have a plan. They've got some good ideas already. Get out and vote Reform!
If they get in and prove to be no better then we’ve not lost anything by trying to vote for something different.
If Reform fail then we certainly don't go back. Still, let's focus on the job in hand at the moment and vote Reform for change.
its the civil service that controls what happens
The WEF
@@3D_Printing yes maybe, but the civil service is boots on ground, they are the ones that has stopped the rwanda deal.
@bernadettebrown1852 REFORM said they would sort the problem with the civil servants if they dont do their job they get the sack. Thats good enough for me.
@@ThePixey1000 Jacob rees mogg already got rid of loads, and i dont see a difference
We have to use the system to change the system.. Put your doubts aside and vote Reform.
We are dammed if we do, and we are dammed if we don't. The alternative may be no good, but it won't be any better as it is.
If you put ‘I DO NOT CONSENT’ on the ballot card it will be marked as SPOILT and your vote will be wasted. Vote REFORM - Nigel Farage always answers the questions put to him and I believe him to be truthful and honest
The whole system (civil service, NHS, etc) need wholesale reorganization! Neither Lie-bour nor the Con-servatives have the guts to do it! Reform can't exactly do any worse than the other two parties already have!
Nothing ventured, nothing gained.
We just have to take the chance! If we keep voting the same old way, we will never find out if Reform were good or not. We have to give them a chance. If it doesn't work, then we'll deal with it in 5 years time.
Maybe people will then realise we are not going to vote ourselves out of this mess ?
The snowball has started rolling, its just a matter of time.
The people are waking up..Nothing can stop this.
Yes, the snowball may have melted by 4 July and Reform UK will be standing in slush
My wife rang up and got her and my daughter a postal vote. Have that snack bar thats three votes from my house for Reform.
During the next five years Nigel/Reform's job in to be the opposition. If you think he will fail in that job, you need to look up some videos of Nigel in the European Parliament.
Don't stay at home VOTE - I DO NOT CONSENT
This is a constructive conversation. There are some points that need clarification. Mark mentioned the rules for counting ballots, but it's crucial to remember that constitutional law takes precedence over these rules.
The case of Ashby vs White in 1703 covered three key issues:
1. The separation of powers (you cannot be a Judge in your own cause)
2. The use of the Monarchy's prerogative for the benefit of the people
Peterloo
It up to us to make sure he doesn’t fail
There are too many vested interests in politics, will any elected party be allowed to make the changes that are so obviously needed
I'm praying Reform stand straight and true when the WEF and the others put pressure on them.
Labour and Conservative....We've Already had 10 Million MORE immigrants on their watch....!!!!!!!
To change the voting system in this Country we must vote for the Reform UK Party.
The more the better!
Gutted we have no candidate 😢😢 ill write 'none of the above ' as requested 👌
@trayreipond5935 Do you have an independent or even the green party anyone but Labour / Tories
Don’t starting doubting yourself at this stage , great decisions were made in the blink of an eye , reform is one of those , no gimmicks, no bs , hard facts
Vote Reform UK. At least they will implement PV to make it fairer for other parties to have a chance.
Electoral reform is the key , then when you vote it will really count. Bring in some type of PR system for casting your vote, let's have fair play.
Hmmm
yeah I noticed that as well
If they prove to be the same..... WEVE LOST NOTHING. They deserve to prove us wrong. VOTE REFORM 😊
We really have to vote this time!!!!
Think we’ve got to give Reform all our support …it sends a message and hopefully a change . I do not consent is a vote lost
Spot on, Andy!!
If Reform get in (I hope they do), they will get no end of shit and lack of co-operation from the Civil Service, as has happened with the hapless Tories.
we have a reform candidate in bexhill on sea sussex horay for that
If we don't give Reform a chance we will never know
We need someone like Nigel with some backbone to sort out these lacklustre Lab & Con useless leaders and ministers.
Just vote Reform and see what happens, and hope for the best that’s all we can do. We know that a vote for the main parties is a wasted vote.
Of course they will 'Fail' the hope is they will rattle the Establishment to the core with the support they do get and things change. If they don't change then the next wave will be even stronger.
They can’t be any worse than the last two administrations mess we had to put up with.
Vote REFORM
If Reform fail, I’m emigrating!
I think Andy is getting ahead of himself in this video let’s get this election out of the way first. Hopefully Reform do very well and can make a difference, the country needs it. Remember a vote for Reform is a vote for Reform not Liebour, and not a waste. So we need to vote Reform.
One thing at a time. Let's just get Reform in and see where it goes. It cant be worse than Tories surely.
I've said for a while now; I think we're going to see a massive swing to Reform. People need change urgently; and I believe that, with Nigel Farage at its head, Reform really can do the job of putting our country back to normal. They'll have my vote!
Whatever happens ,we still go forward with the infinite phrase of learning from our mistakes, and then what... that's how this natural system goes.
you think in 4 or 5 years time it will be better with labour, take a good look at london and all your labour run met cities
The msm will be doing everything possible to demoralise reform voters if they don't win many seats, however this is a long term plan, it's about building a base and reducing the vote share of large parties who aren't listening to voters and sharing those votes with parties who do care.
Exactly that . 5 years ? We dont have 5 months with Liebour .
All the parties are ant-Brexit except for Reform. If you voted to leave the EU then you should be voting Reform on July 4th.
They can't be any worse than the current choices Andy
I do not consent
We have to stick together and get them in. Then let's see what they do I think they will do a good job
LET'S MAKE SURE REFORM DON'T FAIL TO GET SEATS VOTE REFORM UK FFS
Andy. An interesting and perhaps a necessary comment from someone who is very down to earth and willing to share his thoughts about
the politics we are having to digest.
NO! Do we really want government formed 'Behind Closed Doors?'
Reform are a risk but we need to change from stupid ideological lety politics which are crippaling our country
I’m voting reform
And you will lose
I live in outer London. I'm hoping some day to move to England, LOL.
