    Pretty sure you're suppose to remove the factory stabilizer

      Wow, Hardy,
      That was eagle eye detection. You are correct that other videos show the removal of the factory stabilizer. However, after years of riding the KTM 790, I've concluded that the factory stabilizer doesn't really dampen. It may, but not much, if any. What it does do is creates a long stroke of extra support at the bottom of the triple tree. I deliberately left the OEM stabilizer in place to help reduce twisting motion. Time will tell if my reasoning is sound. I don't believe it hurts function to leave it on.
      This would be a great question for an engineer at KTM.
