Sorry to hear we're out of your price range right now! Our assets are considered the industry-standard and it's not cheap to create assets at the quality standards we're committed to. There are lots of other cheaper options out there if we're not right for you right now!

Why don't you just create a null object with the cloud effect on the rotoscope..??
That's how you get adjustable variable cloud textures.

does this only work in after Affects or can you do a video using davinci resolve because I don't use After effects.
I'm sure you'd get very close in something like Da Vinci Resolve.
