Beautiful! The skill Waldir Azevedo has to play the guitar is amazing indeed. A Master of the guitar really. I like the sweet sounding notes he gets of his instrument
Yes, it is truly outstanding, but Waldir Azevedo played the cavaquinho, not the guitar.
Brazilian melody I used to hear as a child, and always liked it. Brings to me so many memories of myself romping around in the house with my noe dead Kid Sister.
One of those nice Brazilian tunes I liked to hear on the radio when I was still a kid. It was released when I was five and I remember romping around the house with my kid Sister whilst my Grandmother heard this tune on her radio. Times that shall never come back now my Kid Sister is gone having died nearly two years ago and of course my parents are dead now too, so of my original family I am the only one still alive.
This one is great really as indeed the rhythm is delicate. Nothing rough of tough about it just suave and pure class. I like how the player plays his guitar with such expertise. I have tried to play guitar and getting these sounds of a guitar is hard indeed.
Beautiful. The Percy Faith/Stan Freeman 1952 cover of this is almost note for note. On a HARPSICHORD . Most guitar/guitar family centric music by nature does not translate well for many reasons to other instruments, but it seems as if this melody transcends instrumentation which is a credit to the composer in constructing a wonderful piece such as this.
1-what do you mean with "guitar/guitar" family centric music? 2-why it does not translate well? 3-can you mention two, or at least one reason?
Saudades do meu pai... Obg pela música 😀
