    Another great video. This is an exercise I did way back in my teens. The gym I went to had one and you could get that stretch at the bottom because the bar went slightly below the foot rests. Today a few people do these but they stand so erect it doesn't resemble rows but almost shrugs. It's amazing how much weight he is moving so smoothly at a full range of motion. Arnold really emphasized that stretch. Arnold is very strong in this exercise. No one does these with this range of motion with such a weight. Greatest thing I learned from Arnold is the full stretch and full reps for most of the exercises. Thanks Carlos for posting another great video.

      Yeah we had a T- bar just like this and I found doing them like Arnold worked for me dropping the hips for that stretch .

    Strong, proper reps, not these useless 6 plates quarter reps you see today. 💪💯

    Wow, every time I see that with the depth of the stretch plus the fact it was off of a deficit always makes me think how amazing that is to have such ROM. The steroid monsters of today couldn't do that, not realizing max weight is not the answer.

      If you can't stand them do them seated!

    • @oliver4693
      @oliver4693 5 месяцев назад

      You can just pull one side of the wide grip lat pulldown bar and then alternate to the other side, like do them normally put pull it on one side to get the stretch and then the other kinda flows better in my workout, not that I do them all the time just throw them in once or twice

      @@stephanM5 I do them both , cable seated rows and T-Bar Rows. Machines are okay. but in the early years there was nothing and everyone have great result and different . Nowadays everyone training on machines and look the same. I preffer free weights over machines even I am 50 . When they asked Arnold what is most exercise you missing he say Dead Lift . The Legend

    • @IronWarrior86

      Everybody looks average without steroids, not just Arnold. It's lean tissue as well, not just glycogen build up and water retention.
