I have Guineas too, but only two, I’ve just started buying most things for them, I like to spoil them!! When I go into pets at home on the treat section, I sware I’m there ages ! They do cost a lot! Things I buy most weeks are
Large pets at home own brand hay
Small Timothy hay
Large wood shavings
Burgess excel nuggets
Pets at hope nuggets
Linseed triangles
Digestive treats
And usually a toy!!!
I can’t help myself!

I love this 😭😭 I've been looking for new foods to give my babies. Where do you usually shop? I'm in the US and where I am, I can't seem to find a veggie market except HEB which is the cheaper than the rest of the stores like Walmart. But I would love to see more food Hauls just to see new things

What is your pets favourite veggie , my Guinea pig is very picky and at the moment all she will eat is lettuce and and the odd time she might have bell peppers although she is very big on hay and pellets so is this really a problem? Please reply

Pets Palace Plus hi can u help me I have 2 rabbits one is very hostile she jumps at me and bites me really bad I need ur help I can't figure out what's wrong. Also I love ur channel . Could u also show more of the rabbits
101 Rabbits one thing that may help you is that, sometimes when people reach in a cage or go inside there territory they could consider it a threat. Maybe avoid doing that ( if you do) and see if that makes a difference. :)

Hi Erin great vlog!♥️ I have a question about gerbils. I have two lovely gerbils in a big glass tank whit a topper. I used to have a wheel made of wood but they literally chewed it apart. I am thinking of getting the wheel you have for your gerbils but my gerbils like to chew and I am afraid that the plastic could harm them. Please help!♥️

Can u give me tips pls-I have had my pig for ...next week it will be a year!!..and she is single but I'm pairing her soon(no I'm not just saying that, I'm serious:)) I've been walking past her cage ever scince I got her and she would always run away. I put her in her 6 by 3 playpen and sit in there and talk to her. She would come up to me (especially if I had food) . When I go to bed, she lays on my lap for a while. When I clean her cage, she follows my hands. But she always runs away when I try to touch her. Do u have any tips? Plus I haven't seen her lay down on her side (only once) I'm really scared. I try to minimize picking her up. I feed veggies throughout the day so she will be comftora le with me around. Please help me. I think it's partially her being alone but then again it's been a year so I'm scared

Atkinsons Fencing. The shed was expensive but my parents said it would be best to get something good quality that will last. York Timber Products is another great company :)

You can feed various cabbages a few weeks after eliminating pellets. Start with small amounts of chinese and spring greens or savoy, then introduce white/red cabbage in small amounts (if they tolerate it), you can even give them sprouts! :)

Are the meadow menu pellets still ok to feed to guinea pigs? Or is there another reason why you stopped feeding them pellets? :)
Yes, they are one of the healthiest available :) I am just going down the more natural route and what I believe is healthier for my piggies. The pellets weren't putting weight on my piggies (with them being outdoors) which was one of the only reasons I was feeding them. I've ordered dried plants and I am going to do a mix of that along with dried veg (pea flakes, rosehips, parsnip etc) for energy. Then a small amount of daily seeds. I also wanted to feed cabbage and other nutrient rich veggies for Winter but that is not compatible with pellets :)

Cabbage and other gassy vegetables require quick digestion to prevent bloating. Pellets slow down their digestion because they are a really concentrated food source. If you feed cabbage alongside pellets then chances are that the cabbage will stay in their digestive systems too long which often causes bloat.
This is why there is a widespread myth that cabbage = bloat because most owners feed pellets and then their guinea pig/rabbit gets bloated. It is worse with pellets containing a grain (such as wheat) because gluten upsets their digestion and so do additives like sugar, honey and molasses, but even grain free pellets cause problems. Hope this helps :)

Here's a fact about rabbits don't feed them lettuce because they have problems digesting it witch could actually cause death I know this because my mum is a vet and an expert about rabbits , hamsters and animals like that 🐹🐭🐰

They were still losing weight so I thought there wasn't much point feeding them, as I was only using they as a fattening feed for Winter. Also I can't feed all the cruciferous veggies like cabbages (which are very nutritious) alongside pellets as it causes digestive problems
my pigs will have a outdoor heating thing in their shedd but because they will have acces to the run in the day would u still say they are a good supplement for winter
mine hate cabbage as well the girls will eat it if their is nothing left but their not a fan

is she spayed? this usually goes with male rabbits, but female rabbits can be aggressive when not spayed.

Hi I feed my guinea pigs and rabbits spring greens every other day - is that alright for them?
Not on its own of course though! The guinea pigs get a whole pepper, 2 sticks of celery, 4 leaves of round lettuce and either spring greens or kale. Like today they'll get spring greens and then kale tomorrow (they are fed morning an evening so it's basically everything I've just said halved
So long as you don't feed pellets, that's perfectly fine :)

It depends what you feed them. Some vegetables are full of different acids and vitamins which you should feed less of. If you let me know what you feed I'll try and get back to you😊

The main things though are red bell pepper, green leaf lettuce and cucumber

Pets r us Romaine lettuce is perfectly healthy. It is lettuces that are high in water and have little nutritional value that are unhealthy for their digestive systems.
