Cheesy Potato Croquettes

- Italian Style Cheesy Potato Croquettes, make a great potato side dish. They're easy to make as there's no crumbing and simply fried in a frying pan. Best results are always with a ricer, but any potato masher will do the job. They're beautifully crispy on the outside and mushy in the middle. I used Pecorino cheese as it gives a more interesting flavour but it will work equally well with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy my Italian Style Cheesy Potato Croquettes.

I enjoy the real sounds of the food being made mixed with a soft music behind. It creates such a wonderful magical feeling to it .It attracts the viewer so much .

This recipe is very popular in my country, but I have never prepared it with Pecorino, (another cheese is used) or with parsley; I can imagine these ingredients give them much better flavor. I loved your recipe, it is already my favorite. Thank you. 👍🏻😋

Keep doing the videos they’re amazing especially the soothing sounds of the kitchen the ingredients and the music. I tried the potato crockets yesterday they where delicious.

Just catching up on this one now🤷♂️ they look delicious! Mum used to make the same thing, only her mixture was half potatoes and half cooked rice. Also made another version which had rice, potato and eggplant!
