  • Pudina thuvviyal : pudina or mint leaves 1 bundles (2 handful) urud dal 100 GMs (3handful) asefotida 1 teaspoon. Salt to taste ,oil 2 teaspoon red chilli 6 no’s Peanut chutney: peanut 50 GMs redchilli 4 no’s tamerind a small size ( goligundu Alavu , salt to taste asefotida option oil2 teaspoon option . Coriander coconut chutney : coriander leaves m1 bundle (2 handful ) coconut 50 gms (1 handful) redchilli 4 no’s asefotida 1 teaspoon oil 2 teaspoon. Please note : tempering can be added at the end if you want . Ingredients mustard 1 teaspoon, curry leaves 2 sprigs, redchilli 2 no’s , asefotida 1 teaspoon oil 2 teaspoon urud dal 1 teaspoon
