Very interesting. I really like this video. Believe it or not, I got here from researching the animation technique used for "The Tale of the Three Brothers" in Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1! I am pretty handy with tools....but lazy. I think that if I try this, for the controllers I might just double the steel wire half-way back along it's length for four inches and wrap the heck out of it with duck tape rather than the whole wood dowel thing.
