This is a tutorial on how to make the Knife Party Sound they keep using, specifically in Internet friends but once you tweak it you will hear how they use it all over the show!!

You forgot a very important part in your tutorial. You gotta switch the oscillator 1 to formant modus. That's what you did on the other massive, but not in the tutorial.

Actually I fixed it. Pitched down osc 1 to -24, made it formant, osc to 0, made it formant, changed osc3 to sin-tri, and pitched it down to -12. Changed the filter to scream with cutoff at about 3 o clock, scream at about 9 o clock, and reso nearly turned off. I changed the FX1 to brauner tube with dry/wet at 3 o clock, and drive a bit after 3 o clock. Cheers!

Do what he says ^^ Pitch Osc 1 down to -24, change Filter 1 to scream w/cutoff at 3 oclock, scream at 9, res off. FX1 Brauner tube w/dry/wet at 3 and drive at 3. Replace the 7 Performer on Osc1's intensity with 1st envelope: attack at 10oclock, level all the way up. Decay at 10oclock, level all the way down....and there you have it!!!

For people who are following the guy with the video, turn Osc 1 and 2 to 'Formant' instead of 'spectrum' and Osc 3 to 'Sin-Tri' instead of 'Squ-Sw1'

dude i followed your instructions exactly, and when i press the keys they sound great but when i play it back its all low and crackly and definately not the right sound any tips??

Nice, when i download the patch (cuz mine sounds nothing like yours) itts a blank document and if i go massive load setting it doesnt let me click on it? is it because im using version 1.1.5 ? or is it because i need to put the document somewhere 1st?

I recreated the high pitched synth from after the drop of "destroy them with lazers" (not the lazer build up sound, waaaay too many tuts on them). Anyone be interested in a tutorial? I've never done one but been thinking about it.

I scanned through this video to find samples of your patch as you went but you did everything without listening? wtf? This is what I hate about plug in tutorials. Everyone just twists some knobs like its a fucking science project. No one listens to the sound they are making. This isn't a hate message, just an opinion.
