    But I have Theory... (can't prove it)
    In laws of photoelectric effect.
    There is this statement that there is no time lag between incident radiation and electron emission..
    IDK but the smallest unit of time Is Planck time... 10 power inverse -43...
    And it's not possible that there is no time lag between them... And if there is... Then this would cease to exist. It will not exist.. Believe me.
    It cannot happen that there is no time lag... There have to be some time lag between the process.

    1:19:12 sir k2 = k1/2 - w/2
    K2 = when frequency is half
    K1 = original frequency
    So sir it should slight less than half of original kinetic energy (less by half of work function)

    Ans : It will be More than Half
    K2 =( K1 + W)/2
    Here since K1 is halfed but we add half of work function in it. So , The K.E become more than Half..
