I've got my answer that this wasn't that concept but fortunately, it's obvious from the end of the video that the concept's just appeared on the horizon. So at this moment, the episode must have already been shot but I CORDIALLY hope not to see incompetent evilized villain(s) (i.e. Ladybug for next case) in the upcoming episodes please!!
