Suffering makes us nearer to Jesus because we will call Him to help us and heal us and through suffering it will give us meaning to our life and once we are healed we will appreciate the great love of Jesus and we will become like Him. I'm a Senior High School student and I'm looking for a job to sustain my needs... Especially once I graduate and continue to college. I applied many times but fail. I feel helpless. God, I know this suffering has purpose. Give me strength everyday, I'll continue fighting God. Amen. ❤️

I underwent sufferings in life...and the Blessed Mother showed me that She suffered whole of Her life knowing that one day Her Beloved Son will suffer and die for the love of US ( and how ungrateful we have been)
THIS He permitted in obedience to the Almighty Father for the Salvation of our Immortal Souls.

Father.... to be honest po...meron po talaga sa akin kumakausap...dati po nag nonovena po ako kay mama Mary....pinahinto po niya ako....tapos po.... pinapatapon nya yung mga santo....pinamigay ko po....tapos humingi po ako ng sign...umulan at kumulog....tapos po nagpakita siya sa panaginip ko...isang beses nakatalikod po siya...kinarga ako....tapos po sabi nung boses lalake...bibigyan kita ng pagkakataon...tapos sabi pa...you are queen of star...sunod kalang sa sasabihin ko....tapos tagahatid dw po ako ng mensahe niya....wag kang sasamba sa santo....sa akin kalang sasamba...espiritu ako sa espiritu kalang sasamba sabi.....hindi ko po tinapon rosaryo ibinigay ko po sa kapitbahay....kasi ilang beses niya ako inutusan na alisin mo yan...Father...totoo po....sinasabi ko....sabi niya sa kanya lang dw po ako makikinig.....dati sa tshirt...ngayon sa isipan ko po siya pumapasok...sabi pa wag kang mag alala...dami kami bantay. Sayo binilin ka samin ni Jesus.....Father....hindi po ako nagpapasikat...totoo pong meron....sabi niya...katarungan dw at makatwiran....sabi nya...pananagutan ko dw pag hindi ko sinabi...wala po ako intensyon masama inutos lang po sakin....sabi nya...ituturo nya dw ang katotohanan sakin....at ibahagi mo sa iba...mahirap kasi minamasama ng iba...akala nagpapasikat ako....kasi sabi pananagutan ko dw po kapag hindi ko sinabi.....Father hindi po ako nagsisinungaling totoo po....😢

prayers are good, but they cannot feed the hungry in this dark times I think the Catholic church should also do some concrete actions for their faithful
I know I'm not supposed to say it but a lot of Catholics do that, the only difference I guess is that they don't post it on social media. Well, some do, but I think its not because they want to brag about the good deeds, but to inspire others to help as well. Until helping becomes a norm, something that every one does, something that comes naturally, Catholic or non-Catholic.
With due respect, it doesn’t mean you do not see or hear the Catholic donating as an “organization” , then it is not doing anything. Many Catholics have done those “concrete actions” you are pertaining to, not only to THEIR FAITHFUL, but to all other faithful of any religion or denomination. They perhaps do not use their religion to be recognized, but their action speaks their value of being a Catholic, living the WORD of GOD. And yes, with due respect again, this is true even to other religions that are silent workers and helpers. GOD KNOWS.
