Probably the best exhaust review ever, eriously well done Rob. I have only just fitted a used CST3 to my Richard Taylor GT200 and it sounds and performs very similar to your Nordpeed. The Nordpaad does sound better and you described the CST tinny sound very well🖕🖕
Makes me wanna dig my lambretta out of the shed and go for a spin ,has been sat on the naughty step for the last two years as my Spanish tx 200 Vespa became the daily ride ,,,,
I have 2 of these exhausts one on a ts1 240(smart carb) and on an rt240 (phbh30) and no fitting issues what so ever. Both pulling 4.6 gearing on cyclone gearboxes.
@@kickbackgarage yes I had to reshape a small bit of the cowl and I had to cut down the rear bobbin by about 15mm. Now fits perfectly I do not have rear runners or panels to worry about on my cutdown so I can't comment on the clearance for that
it may be a great pipe, but if you haver to cut a panel for it to fit it's not great i think SIP need to sort that out ,but saying that this is a great review
Great review Rob, can you add the link to the exhaust , I’m seeing 3 pipes on SIP website ! I’m looking at another pipe for my TS230 & I’d likes to get this correct one 👍🚀
acoustic cameras are coming in fast in the uk, older vehicles (scooters) can't be louder than 83db how will this exhaust fair on a noise test. New vehicles 63db in a few years 😮
Sounds great Rob, can you help me with a problem on rebuild, the inner threaded nut that attaches cable to speedo has disappeared down column, tried air no joy, any other ideas? Thanks
I imagine it will suit all RT kits but with a nod to Reed valve touring engines. I would like to see an improvement in fitment and I would like to see a RT 4 bolt stub option too.
I'm the guy that Rob mentioned in the video that had zero fitting issues with this exhaust (GP with RT225, non reed) . . . it fitted like a dream and goes like a rocket!

Really great and enticing sound. Just cruising around really makes me want to go out on mine😊
That scooter really does pull Rob, looks like all the mechanical ducks are in a row, super review! Those roads look fab too.
I do love how that engine pulls! I do love your roads! And your new camera is pretty good too 🙂
Sounds the part and performs well. 👍
The new camera is a good one.
Nice Video Rob, that scooter has got some GRUNT in it. Great sounding Exhaust mate 👍👍
VERY GOOD SOUNDS COMING FROM THE EXSORST ROB , GOOD VIDEO 📹 , CHEERS ROB 👍🏻😎
Another great one. ❣Love the blue tape 😘💙💙💙
Don't know how that got there!? 😄
🤣🤣🤣@@kickbackgarage
THANK YOU...!

Sums up my experience with it exactly
I love mine
Any fitting issues?

It is this one sir. www.sip-scootershop.com/en/product/racing-exhaust-sip-performance-touring-design-by-nordspeed_22070100
I think that there's a mild steel version and a stainless version, then with or without an end can.
Dont those diesel splashes allways seem to be where we scooterists wanna ride
Hey Rob, can i ask what gearing and sprockets are you using with your TS1 ?
Yes you can 😃 it's a casa close ratio box with 46-18, which gives 4.9 final ratio

Proberbly not very well. 🤣 Looks like the UK has to go for clubmans in the UK in the future. In Norway motorcycles registered before 1971 are exempt
Hi love the video is that the scoot with vape variable ignition on,just wondering if you fully advanced it allowing for so much retard on it thanks
Both my scooters are running static vape.
Sounds great Rob, can you help me with a problem on rebuild, the inner threaded nut that attaches cable to speedo has disappeared down column, tried air no joy, any other ideas? Thanks
Nightmare mate. In hindsight, I alws fasten a zip tie under the nut. That being said, it's not really that hard to just pull the whole cable out.
Yeah. Thanks Rob. Agree with you. Cable out and new ordered.
You've sold me ................................. on a BGM Clubsport.
It's really impressive for a box pipe. 😍 Love mine. It's easy to fit and easy to live with.
Great review thank you. I’m really happy with my CST3 on my imola. Does everything I need it to. The performance seems similar to this one 👍🏻
What crankshaft do u used ???
BGM 60x110
Rob, how did you get the series 3 dip switch to fit the series 1 headset?
Tv2 switch housing.
@kickbackgarage Thanks Rob. I didn't realise the TV2 was different to the LI. I just found one on Ebay. Thanks again.
Would this go well on a rt195 kit

Will this exhaust be any good with the casa ss200 kit and casa 4 speed close ratio box thanks
Yes! I bet it would work well.
@@kickbackgarage just need to find a seller in the UK everywhere seems out of stock
Just got round to getting one and fitted it today omg what an animal it's made my scooter now very impressed
@@steveanddawn22 Funny enough, I actually don`t make this shit up 🤣
