@@MatthewAugusta Mmm! That was good, and a nice change from my typical rich pasta sauces. I usually keep fresh tomatoes for salads and rolls, and use canned tomatoes and tomato paste in cooking. But while this sauce is light, it also has its own dimensions of flavour. And it was great with the chicken, but I'm looking to forward to trying it with pork schnitzels, and battered fish too. Can you air fry? I cant have fried anything in oil
Yes you can air fry them. It will still be good but might not be as crispy.
