Hey thanks for sharing high end modern houses. Just a one suggestion here, I think at least for my sake I would want to see the spaces more in sequence. From the door entry - lobby - living space - kitchen - bed room - bath room - out door terraces - gardens.. so on. It would be good that the video has sense of sequence that really leads viewers into each areas.
Thanks for the feedback. 🙏🏼 I always plan the sequences ahead, but to ensure that the episodes stay interesting, I think it is necessary to avoid making the order too predictable. The most important thing is to maintain the flow of the story. 👌🏼
I love the exterior facade of the home. It’s so nice that it underwhelms the inside a ton since you can tell they focused on the architecture of the house and not the interior design, except the staircase which is exquisite.
The stair case is stunning…the best feature of the house..noticed the glass panel adjacent to the front door exposed it as an art piece before walking inside..almost like a welcome mat for this amazing house…thanks for sharing…it seemed that you were impressed also..😊
The tour guide in the video is so excited about the house, which made the video even more enjoyable! I loved his positive energy and the house 🏠 is beautiful 😍!
Thanks for the tour of this unique and exquisite house. However, you've ignored the rhinoceros in the room. The artwork makes such a strong statement complimenting this amazing architecture, that the painter(s) should be noted along with the tour.
❤ and in winter but naked and attraction for the neighbourhood because I see in the distance we on the trees buildings. I see also some blinds so maybe they thought of it.
Really love your videos, been a long time follower on Instagram. The tours are fantastic and not rushed. Do you guys plan to visit and show other parts of Europe and their architecture? Like stunning Italy for example.
Thanks a lot for the support. It is much appreciated! 🙏🏼 Yes - we actually plan on shooting tours all around the world. With COVID, travelling is quite restricted at the moment, so we had to start “at home”.
I find so many things that doesn’t fit in the place like 1. The sliding divider door with a mirror in the centre where you can miss the privacy if you have a mirror. 2. The mirror in the bathroom with a switch in the middle of it which might scare any person for it can be a cam and the lights around the mirror which has no purpose at all. 3. I doubt whether this plywood stairs would really meet the purpose. After all my point is beauty without any purpose is not viable option. Sorry for being so negative but this is what I felt in my heart. But I like the mirror views it’s real and beautiful.
I highly doubt we will ever get to tour every inch of a home. We are not aiming to be real estate agents, but trying to make architectural content a tad more entertaining to watch. At the same time, people live in the homes we tour so we must be respectful to them and their wishes.
amazing house! I enjoy your videos! But your camera man needs to learn to focus his shots... or just shoot in automatic? I dont know what he's doing but its always a bit blurry and unfocused...
Yes, we might try shooting with autofocus instead, as the tours are quite dynamic. It can just be a bit annoying if the AF is changing in the middle, no? 😊
@@RestlessLiving Honestly, I don't know I'm not a professional and my camera skills are sub-par at best. But maybe you can look in some forums, or pay for a few hours a consultant that will help you. You are such a good reviewer, and the houses you present are awesome. So this will really boost your channel, for sure. Keep on the great work, we are looking for inspiration on building our home
@@raphaelreiter Great to hear! We just got started, so we are always looking for ways to improve, and camera focus is one of several points we are working on right now. I am sure it will get better soon. 🙌🏼
nope. the guy's enthusiasm is super, but man this is the coldest house i've ever seen...hard and barren. would have like to have seen the 1870's house that was torn down to make way for this...
El espejo frente a la cama 😮no podría dormir ahí. La ventana justo arriba de la cama 😑 es peligroso, la mezcla de materiales es buena pero la hubicacion de las cosas no.
the grey brick, the moon gate, the natural materials, the skylight inner courtyard are clearly Chinese Jiang Nan (Suzhou) style. To the untrained western eyes, everything Asian is Japanese.
I dont like all black furniture and lack of beautiful colours like red orange yellow blue pink purple different shades. The paintingband furniture and decorative peices culd 've included them.
That poor Japanese Maple will never recover, I’d make sure it’s not Anthracnose that is killing it…do not replant into that for a number of years. Big pot with a new Japanese Maple until it’s safe.
Would be a lot better without the stupid fake brick cladding. Stairs cut out of 600 hundred ply wood sheets sounds wasteful. Windows, the shape of the building are in plus, destroying historical building isn't.
Only an architect would consider that handrail a "design solution." Rigorous and impressive as a fabrication, but a total ergonomic fail. What has happened to good Danish design?
Thanks for the feedback. It has been a learning process for us, where we have tried out different things. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Try to watch our newer videos. Maybe you will enjoy them more. 😊

The tour guide is just adorable. The video became super light hearted and wholesome 😆🫶🏼
Thank you, I appreciate it! 😁
Love your enthusiasm. One piece of feedback, don’t edit out walking into the entryway. The first impression of opening the door is a big deal!
Loved the cement elements, oak custom shelving, kitchen layout, cement patios, just not the noisy kids.

Super intelligent, sensitive, and effectively emotive design (... perfectly presented by CT, the host)
Wonderful! Love your enthusiasm.
Thanks. I appreciate it! 😊
Seemed so simple but beautiful & unique. The staircase....crazy!!!
One of the most spectacular houses I've ever seen. WOW! Thanks 👍

that huge one piece window--amazing
Right?! 😍
So many takeaways in this one... Loved the concrete look n feel of the house.
Yes - the episode also became a bit longer than normal. 😅 What do you think? Did it work well?
@@RestlessLiving Storytelling is such a thing which should not bound to time or duration. and to see and experience such art virtually, why not.
@@NaughtyChachhu Thanks for the feedback! 🙏🏼 Even though I tend to agree, I doubt people want to see me chat for 3 hours straight 😂
@@RestlessLiving 3 hrs is too much, then I will ask it to publish on Netflix as a series :D
Reminds me of Louis Kahn's works, especially his Yale British Gallery.
thanks for showing

Wow those stairs!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Yes, they are indeed special! 👌🏼
Such a nice house!
I completely agree! 👌🏼
Thanks for showing us. I’m a little disappointed that the master bedroom does not employ feng shui.
Wonderfull thanks for sharing with us ❤️❤️❤️
You are very welcome! Stay tuned, there will be much more coming. 😍
Timeless architecture
Beautiful House

Exactly what I'm going t build Love it
Amazing 😍😍😍.
LOVE that
Hi,
I prefer board-marqued concrete on the walls.
The veins of the wood boards would have had some resonance with the oak.
Great place though

The upper terrace could be greener. Concrete walls are nice, but how to wash eventually?
Should have very inch toured...
By the way where is this plot

Beautiful ❤❤❤
very very cool review🎉🎉🎉
Thank you!
Thanks man if u and owners dont mind pls share the floor plans for better understanding what is all about😅
“The staircase is made of 6 billion popsicle sticks.”
Did you say the Chinese of "plants" 盆栽at 10:35 ? It's vary cute
Yes 😅
My favorite tour so far! Lovely painting, btw, is the owner who painted it?
Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼 No, he didn’t paint it himself.
Who is the artist?
Посмотрел несколько видео с домами за сотни миллионов долларов. Ничего не понравилось.
А домик в этом видео скромный, уютный и душевный. Спасибо!

Dream house
Thanks for the feedback. 🙏🏼 I might do that for the future videos.
50 shades of white on white
it has rather artistic value
Simply timeless
May I know where is this house?
Close to Aarhus, Denmark. 😊
I think I’m the only African here, how come I didn’t discover your page on time..❤️
Better late than never! 😍
❤❤❤❤❤
Insta question, oak or pine? Is oak. But see the house. 😉
Correct! And yes - definitely watch the episode 😅
Hey you please with 2D & 3D & Elevation
Only one bedroom?
There were bedrooms for the kids too (connected to the kitchen), but we focused on the most interesting parts of the house. 👌🏼
Love the house but I can't help to think about the birds that will crash into all those large windows.

If only people would go away and let us see the design. What's wrong with off-screen commentary?
I thought this had something to do with ayn rand...
😅 The owner (and designer) is named Tommy Rand.
Where are you from

He has the ability to explain the obvious so incredibly badly. I wish he could explain better what was done especially with the stairway.
