    I find the Japanese esthetic one of beauty achieved through truth and simplicity. Simplicity being the harder to achieve. Beautiful!

    Beautiful Home. Seems to incorporate several if Mies Van Der Rohes characteristics. Floating Ceilings above walls. Use of pillars for support instead of the walls. Building on a elevated stone foundation. Open views to the outside. All very well done. Very well done.

    So difficult to imagine how rooms are arranged. Need to look at the plan of the house.

    • @mightyomnivore
      @mightyomnivore Год назад

      No you misunderstand. The idea is that you arrange yourself to suit the rooms, and the artchitect who is now on to better things. Misery in 3 dimensions, with the added vector of the time that you will be stuck owning this monstrosity.

    バラガンに憧れて建てましたが、コンクリート打ちっぱなしは最初はカッコいいのですが、経年での変色でメンテナンスが頻繁になり大変でした。
    どうしても最初の数年間は水が出たり、数年後からヒビ割れ等が出てしまいガルバにてやり替えました。
    冬も寒いし。

      Lo siento estoy Lost in translation es irónico supongo.
      No eres el constructo,r no eres el arquitecto? No sólo un bromista.
      Pero Barragán tuvo muchos errores también.
      Me gusta la casa como concepto, algo simple de techo de chapa ondulada y de una sola planta. Los detalles son bonitos pero no veo el plano ni enseñan toda la casa. Me sobra tanto cristal.
      Este canal vende sensaciones no Arquitectura. Querría ver más para poder evaluarla. Un saludo.

    Какой же отстой))) В России в 90е много таких архитектурных шедевров стояло в частном секторе - люди завозили щебень, воздвигали стены, клали крышу и деньги у них заканчивались. Вот и тут тупо не дострой какой-то со строительным мусором на участке.

    What a nightmare. A holding structure for people without interests, apparently. No art on the walls. No books. No way to play music. A TV that's 8 meters from the single couch. A tour that doesn't show you the kitchen - it says a lot about the lostness of people who would adopt these contrived, more than 70 year old boring and hackneyed architorture easy ideas as worth being subjected to. Stuck hard against the road. Broken surfaces to cross the horrible "minimalist" gardens. STOP, man. Nature is not minimalist. Nature is profligate, beautiful and fecund. This awfulness, which gives no comfort, provides no place to play, the get dirt under your nails is about people whose relationship to fundamental things is broken. Richard Neutra without the views or the pool. What the hell is this house other than evidence for the prosecution?.
