Spells, Strings and Forgotten Things as well as Wooing the Witch Queen were not on my radar but now they are, thanks. I read the eARC You Are Fatally Invited. Really enjoyed it. It read really fast and was quick paced. Hoping you read it and see what you think about it. Happy New Year (in 3 days)!
Dear Steph, I adore you, but I don’t watch you as often as I used to… when I first started reading again after my work career, I was reading everything, because many genres didn’t exist before ;) I no longer read many middle grade, fantasy, romance, science fiction. I now focus on police procedurals, some historical mysteries, some nonfiction, some memoirs. I do read all Grady Hendrix ;) and Alice Feeney. (So we do have some crossover!) This year I plan on reading Ken Follett (I’ve only read #1 Kingsbridge, and I also want to read his other series… I started Pillars of the Earth in college, didn’t finish until 2018.. many, many years later! I really want to read the series, so I have to put blinders on! This year I read 370 books, 40% 2024, another 40% were within the last 5 years :( I have to say “no” to new!) I will not unsubscribe, and will occasionally watch you… ❤❤❤
If I Dig You was pulled from publication after some allegations that the author lied about her indigenous heritage and that she bullied some other authors
Legendborn is going to be 4 books. The author is local to me so I've had a few opportunities to chat with her which has been very exciting.
I have more then a few of these on my radar, water moon, the B. K Borison one, the baby dragon cafe
I believe saltwater is called the vipers in the uk… it’s what I preordered anyways 😂
The new B.K Borison sounds really cute, but I'm going to spend 2025 getting through the rest of Lovelight first (really enjoyed Lovelight Farms!) ❤
Someone should start a drinking game that every time she says "sign me up" You have to take shot!! We would be very drunk!!
Instantly pre ordered k ancrum and baby dragon cafe x

The baby dragon cafe looks so cute 🥹
Water moon is going to be the January illumicrate book apparently. Can’t wait to see what they do with it!
Personally I am looking forward to The Rainfall market.....and also All The Water In The World. Both look intriguing. Great video with great picks.
I read All The Broken People by Leah Konen last year and really enjoyed it ❤
