You unlocked a memory. I remember playing this game as a kid only a few times, never beat it because I was little and didn't understand it. But I remember it.
I never played this game as a kid because I wasn't a PC gamer. In 1994 I was a NES and SNES kid only. I don't think I played my first real PC game until mid to late 90s. I know the game is dated, but man ... I really realy have a lot of fun with it.
@@CrimsonCavalierGaming I wasn't a PC gamer back then either. I played the same consoles as you lol. The only reason I was able to play it a little bit as a kid is because my Dad had barrowed a PC from his work, and for some reason the game was on there. I might find a way to pick it up and try it out myself. It seems really fun.
Yeah for sure. I mean, UU is such an iconic game. I've never played it but I have seen LPs of it, and I mean, it inspired so many game creators from the 90s. Despite the fact that it came out a few years after, UU still feels smoother and just a little better crafted than Arena. Like I said, never played it, but from what I have seen.
@@CrimsonCavalierGaming I can heartily recommend them, especially UU2. I replayed it a while ago on DOSBox and had a blast. You might have to get used to the control scheme, but it really is a nice and very atmospheric game.

I'm getting serious Ultima Underworld vibes here, very nostalgic!
