So the gearbox is back together with replacement broken parts along with the Mk3 CHC middle casing, the later solid unit selector that's more robust than the original plus the lower ratio 5th gear, GL4 EP90 gear oil
And the additional lightened flwheel, in general terms removing, for example, 3kg off the flwheel, is equivalent to removing 100kg from the chassis!
2.4kg lost, so hopefully, the 0-60 will drop somewhat

5kg down to 3,6kg is a 1,4kg decrease instead of a 2,4kg, but still a good 25% drop so curious to see how it will affect your ride!

I had a lightened flywheel in my KR 20 years ago. It made a huge different. Engine responded much better. It just feels quicker. 👌🏻💪🏻

I think I added my lightened flywheel around twenty years ago as well. Well worth doing and I never really noticed any negative issues with this mod.

Yes i took it out properly the other week and its like night and day, the engine picks up with less delay and feels like it should, add that to the lower 5th gear its perfect
