The Daoyin Yangsheng Gong is a practice that patiently guides us towards health. Daoyin means patient guidance or work. Yangsheng means to nourish or feeding life. Gong means practice. Daoyin Yangsheng Gong is a Qi Gong based on movement and self massage. During the practice a stimulation of acupuncture points and meridians takes place thanks to the movements and self massage.

What a "China postmodern" mix - from 8 brocade pieces, Wu-style taiji, Hua quan, animal exercises and etc. Really crazy exotic "compotte" of everything possible. Neverless nice and - peaceful moving is always healthy.

    bonjour

What are the internal principals? Daoyin, I'm guessing means yin way, but yangsheng probably means yang health. Is it yin practice, but yang vitality? Are the focus points of the orbit celestial or of the human body? If celestial, is it constellations, or moon/earth/sun?
The practitioner's body appears lanky, so I'm guessing it's related to Yang Shen Gong, but it's obviously it's own thing too.
I'm interested. It's obviously quite profound.
