Do you think this can get that really stiff feel to it like a Splawn or a fryette? Sound wise I’m aware the fryette is different but always loved how they felt super stiff and the Splawns feel similar.
It’s not plugged in for this video. BUT…That’s a line out box from Suhr called an Iso Line out. For me it goes between the amp and cabinet and creates a line level signal to send through fx/separate power amps for a W/D/W rig
It sounds really nice indeed, very chewy, chirpy and full sounding. However, the dynamics weren't the best I think. When you were trying to stay dynamic with your pick attacks. I felt it still sounded pretty compressed and saturated with a lot of hair on the notes. Don't get me wrong, it still sounded awesome, and perhaps there are settings that you could reduce the amount of hair so it can go absolutely dynamic. But in the video the dynamic isn't perhaps the best I've experienced I think. Overall, and to my ears, it sounds something between Friedman BE, and Dumble ODS in one amp. In the Dumble ODS style amps, the OD side isn't very dynamic in a way that you can go from clean playing to mayhem with only your pick attack. That's why you have the incredible Clean channel on the Dumble amps. So you either spend time on the clean channel, or on the OD channel. But I never saw anyone play the Dumble on the OD channel and stay dynamic with their pick attack only, simply because it is a pretty compressed OD channel (in a super good way) to begin with.
Jeremy knows what he’s doing.
Great clips, Blake.
Nice amplifier.
Very tight without being sterile👍
Kw
It would be great a vid between IRs vs real cab with your amps and filthy riffs.
Alway great tones from you Blake! Sounds fantastic 🔥🧨

Seeing how this is a year or more later, how is the amp now? Honeymoon phase over?
good sound
Great amp! how would you compare this to the Bogner uber Ultra ?
I’ve never heard a bad tone from any of these amps. Always crushing & chewy..
Great amp but man. Your playing it’s where’s at!!!!
Thanks man
Holy…
Damn these are sick sounding. Is there a set msrp on these or they are kinda customizable (which would obviously change the pricing)?
That’s a good question. I don’t want to speak for the builder- shoot him an email groundzeroamps@gmail.com
Will do! Thanks!
It still has that metal voicing no matter where the gain is set though.. I wouldnt sell your other amps yet
Was this the vid you tried to send me?
Sounds freaking awesome, Blake!🤘🏻
No but that’ll be up soon

100%. Never played a splawn but this can get that wizard/fryette tightness for sure. Very stout
Yep. I’m gonna have to get one. Thank you!
Where can I find pricing for this head
Sounds great! Where can I find/purchase the Bogner cab IR from?
Buy a Marshall…✨👍
WHY?
Mind sharing which library that Bogner IR is from? It sounds unreal
This amp is a chameleon.
Solid word choice- agreed
What is it plugged into on the right there?

Do you prefer this to Uber Ultra?
His not answering should tell you, he don't wanna tell you the uber ultra has lil bigger balls than the zero
