I thought ang house of representatives na nga ang pang “check & balance” sa executive branch. Kapag puwenersa pa talaga itong senate probe hindi na ito “in aid of legislation” kundi bluntly - magmukha nang “pangontra” na ito. Ang problema dito, sa house hearings (though ang haba sobra at nakaka antok) mas professional doon ang conduct, mas comprehensive.. kompara sa senate na parang bugoy 😅
