So happy we were able to show you to the new line up! These bikes have taken everything we’ve learned from Bandit, and taken things to the next level! We can’t wait to see these bikes hitting the streets.
Cool bikes but maybe on the javelin have the frame bead blasted or rough sanded so it has a natural texture to hide frame and paint imperfections or have the frames texture powdercoated?
@@Timbodacious thanks for the tips! We’ve been working on some ways to improve the finish. Main thing will be grinding the welds flat.
So stoked you guys came out to Delaware. I had such a blast. Can’t wait to see what you guys come up with next.
@@SparkCycleworksSmh I believe that IT'S ALL JUST HYPE!! about 2 months ago I was going to purchase a javelin so I emailed and called and spoke with at least 3 different ppl and what I was told was that the bike has a 4000w motor not a 5000w motor and since I'm weighing in at about 270lbs-275lbs the bike would not be safe because they're afraid that because of my weight at high speeds when I need to come to a stop the brakes will not hold and also its a very good chance the stator will over heat and burn-out smdh
here and in all other videos
you guys are promoting registration accessibility heavy duty front and rear shocks motorcycle grade brakes and a max weight load of 300lbs. 🤔 is this bike really safe for all that's 300lbs or less or is it only safe (if its safe at all) for ppl weighing only up to 150lbs 170lbs or maybe even up to the 200lbs mark because alone with the information that I received from you guys when I contacted you I haven't seen you guys allow anyone heavier then maybe 225lbs test ride the Javelin..
@@sowhat1771 yes, the story is exactly same as every phone call and every email you have sent us. We label the bike weight limit as 300 pounds. It is a single rider vehicle. The bike has an extremely powerful motor and uses motorcycle braking systems. Its motor is 4,000 watt nominal, which is really a 5,000 watt that we have tuned down to 4,000 watts for high reliability and efficiency. We want this bike to last for years, not just past the one year warranty like many other common. The bike itself simply weighs more than your average ebike. For example, the bandit weighed 85 pounds and also had a 300 pound limit. The Javelin weighs nearly 180 pounds on its own, yet still has a 300 pound limit. If we were using ebike components, we’d likely have to move that limit towards 200 pounds based on our suppliers component specs, not our specs. The difference with Spark is that we are actually following manufacturing standards instead of just saying yes to every customer, ultimately preventing customers from ending up with a product that they will have potential issues with.
I definitely would choose the brute. Just swap out the off-road tires for street tires, and I'm sold
100% me personally I would get a dual sport tire…something like the Shinko 241 or 244
We’ve got a special tire available for Brute! It’s got street on center + knobs on the edge if you want to take it in the mud
Really nice e-bike’s on tap; can definitely see the value in both.
Glad for the collaboration & innovation, looking forward to the bikes!
They were definitely pretty sick which one are you most interested in?
@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE one, of these? The Brute is a tool that I can use in my fleet, but the Javelin is remarkable. It’ll come down to ride & fit. The bandit segment has a worthy competitor with the new Lyric, Goat, Ristretto & quite a few others. Land*, BMW, Ryvid, Zero & others are going bigger, longer & faster, but get into heady territory with additional licensing & size restrictions.
It’s an exciting new chapter in e-bike’s & just in time for 2024 riding season.
Enjoy & thanks for all that you do.
Great content! Bikes look pretty solid looks like they are paying attention to what the people want!
Thanks for watching brother!
WOW SPARKS HAS DONE IT THE BEST IVE SEEN SO FAR AWSOME--- I LOVE THE LOOK OF BRUTE😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
What are your thoughts on the javelin?
What's happening Brotha! First of all, I love the acrylic panels on the side! Awesome touch! I have a B-52 stealth bomber, 2023. 10,000w. 72v. 2 days ago I hit 68 mph. Parallel to the New Jersey parkway.
Hit me up, I have a few questions for you
About controlers....my name is Greg by the way.
Both bikes are so awesome! Really liking the brute!
Heck, yeah! Are you getting one?
@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE Got one pre-ordered!
@@WyomingRiderLfg!!!!⚡️💯⚡️
Them bikes are insane bro❤
Yessir!! Which is your favorite?
I was really impressed with both the Javelin and Brute! I was team Brute, but after riding the Javelin and the smoothness now I just want both 😂
Great video bro!!
🤘🏼
I didn’t think they were gonna be so solid, especially at high-speed
MORE EFFECTIVE BACK FENDER WOULD BE DOPE ON THE BRUTE🙏🏾🔥🔥🔥
Are you getting one?
Awesome!
💯💯💯 which one is your favorite?
The javelin needs a pedal option, and they both need to be 60ah
That’s what I love about these bikes you can get any battery you want….
They will also be selling just a javelin frame if you want to build your own
Now you need one that can go flat out for highway as well as a torque mode for pulling that wagon(s). The work applications I think would be good as well. Looks Kool nice job.
Great point!
There are some cool electric bikes coming out. What is the expected life of the bike overall compared to a traditional, comparable motorbike? Electric cars seem like they are a bad investment since the tech is being upgraded so rapidly and they might not be as upgradable in the future, when better tech makes older short range cars almost worthless. These electric motos seem more upgradable… I’m not really sure, just guessing.
Let me see if I can get spark in this comment⚡️
We’ve definitely designed these bikes to be upgradable and incredibly easy to maintain. They use a non proprietary battery connector, an open source controller, and traditional motorcycle components for easy sourcing. It’s also a reason why we have focused on making our bikes in the USA so we can keep our quality standards as high as possible.
@shreddie mcskate I wonder how much these bikes are be intresting to find out & also if they ship to the uk
Don’t think they’re shipping to the UK
@SHREDDIEMCSKATE that's a damn shame because I would of brought 1 right now but checked on the website & it don't say if they can ship to the uk but have sent them an email & as soon as I get a reply I will let you know so if people ask tou can tell them brother 👍 😉
If they can ship- use code SHREDDIE for $100 off at Spark! 🤘🏽
Something to keep in mind depending on the city you live in.
The Brute will be throttle only. The torque is too high for a stable pedal assist system.
So would you like a brute with just pegs?
@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE I wouldn't, if only to keep the appearance of 100% legal ebike. Keep the speed as stealth as possible IMO.
💯
💯‼️💙
🤘🏾⚡️🤘🏾⚡️💯❤️
Looks cool except the headlights look weak brightness wise and not being able to see enough at night would draw me away from that.
Ive just found everything i have been looking for on the Javelin. Just please, for the love of god. Please tell me you guys deliver to europe. I'm at my wits end here. I want on of them javelins NOW!
I think the brute is something that is interesting to me. It has pedals and can be reg for the road?
Ok I see javelin and brute but please tell me which one you would pick and water resistant and all.
hey shreddie are you gonna buy one =D
I’m thinking about a javelin!
is there any water resistance? Or proofing?I don't think I heard you mention it
Not sure what the rating is on these
Sparks website doesn’t list a water proof rating for Javelin but it is listed for Brute : IP66 Ratings. Most likely because this bike is being marketed towards customers who are willing to take it off road.
Seem way expensive, why not keep selling the bandit for all price options
Do you have a bandit?
@SHREDDIEMCSKATE no I wanted to buy a bandit I can't afford a 4k ebike
@@nelsons.reviews i’ll sell you mine for 2500
Do you make your own batteries? And what kind of cells are they?
I think they said powerful lithium made their batteries. Not sure what type of cell they’re using
ITS HAPPENING! NJ is proposing legislation requiring registration and insurance for ebikes. Partly due to 20% Spicolis like this. Thanks numbnutz.
Thanks for blessing the algorithm DS!🤘🏾⚡️🤘🏾
New Jersey is certainly not alone. This is one of the main reasons Spark went through the process of supplying legitimate VINs and certificates of origin for all our bikes. If laws begin to crackdown, folks will be able to protect their rides. On a related note, CT is now working on possible registration for regular e-bikes. Things are changing everywhere

Can you please gift me one I have been trying to get a hold of one plss
They might have a giveaway soon go follow spark
The brute is a moped. The javelin is not. Get it straight. You can not place the two in the same category.
You can call it whatever you want. I call it a time machine.⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️ just gotta find where my Y flux capacitor went🤔
To be clear: Spark’s team is full of avid Puch and Tomos riders, so it feels strange to put the Javelin in this category too. Unfortunately, federal and state regulations categorize all two wheel vehicles with sub 5hp (or 2hp in some states) as “motor driven cycles.” Yes the word moped is derived from motor and pedal, but the laws have evolved to combine both pedal and non pedal into the same category. We worked with the NHTSA to ensure everything has been categorized properly. Here’s an example of CT’s laws where they specifically state “motor driven cycles,” include non-pedal vehicles: www.cga.ct.gov/2015/rpt/pdf/2015-R-0253.pdf
@@SparkCycleworks i have an interesting question for you guys regarding the brute. Let's say I want to get a custom battery made elsewhere. How much AH battery can i fit in this thing.... I love everything about the bike except for the range and i'm curious how much more battery could I fit in the bike comfortably.
@@musicah8496 hey! Just for comparison: our 72v is equal to a 60v37ah battery or a 48v45ah. It’s double our past model’s battery. Plus, the updated 72v system makes it far more efficient than lower voltage bikes. We’ve been easily getting 4-5 hours of continuous city riding.
If you did ever want to upgrade, it’s easy! We used a standard QS8 connector for the battery. We think you could easily add another 20ah to the capacity, might even be able to do more.
@@SparkCycleworks i see what you mean sir, yeah, if it was easy to cram in a total of 75ah or more, even with a dual or triple ( if it makes sense) battery set up. That would be ideal.
Nice bike, But looks ugly, Other than that I would be sold
What would you change?
@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE I'm not attracted to boxed shape appearance, I think the square tubular design on both especially the Brute is a turnoff, Look at the Graffiti X design, (Gorgeous) But lacking on rear shock, Should've been mono shock on Graffiti x, No one designs the perfect Bike yet
SOME STREET TIRES ON THAT BRUTE!😤🔥🔥🔥 WHAT SAFTY FEATURES DOES THE BIKES HAVE??
@sparkcycleworks
That would be pretty sick. I would actually like some Enduro style tires something like the Shinko 241s or 244.
