SRB2 2023 OLDC R2 (Metal Sonic) | (Finale) ~ Sapphire Twilight & Colorvoid Chasm

Finally, we have Sapphire Twilight and Colorvoid Chasm. There is one more level, but it's basically just the vanilla Metal fight with a time limit and an annoying alarm.
So for whatever the fuck reason, Vixuzen decided that it'd be a good idea to not only submit a Kaizo level into an OLDC, but to combine it with the Rayman style as well. I mean, at least there less Lums than Windy Forest; but with a level like this, a collect-a-thon would be the last thing on someone's mind. Hell, good luck even trying to complete the level as is if you're a character that has no verticality. Slippery floors, spikeballs, and spring platforming basically make up this entire level, and it's a recipe for disaster. I was originally gonna cheese it as Tails, but then I found out that Metal can cheese the final section better than he can.
Colorvoid on the other hand, is one of those abstract levels that basically have nothing going on. No badniks, no rings, no collectables, no hazards, etc. Make sure you go to the right path after the big room with the separated floor. Otherwise, you'll be going in circles, and that's not a fun time.
All-in-all though, this OLDC may have unfortunately had a rocky release, but I'm glad I participated regardless, and I'm glad that people seem to be enjoying Mount Majesty so far! Personally, even the levels I'd consider "bad" aren't "bad" perse - just not my cup of tea. Alas, I shall catch you later with some speedruns - and in the meantime, I'll still be hard at work with both school and my character.

Super Mario Maker reject and Dementia: the level are what I'd like to call these two, because I really don't have anything else to say about these two.
At least Dementia: the level would be salvageable with a little bit more effort and subtlety. Sapphire Twilight? What's the point of putting a level designed for 0.01% of the playerbase into a level contest again?
