Such a comfortable looking motor home with all the comforts you could possibly want, great choice of transport and accommodation for the week. Handy for you driving on the left too, so much easier. Enjoy your week.

Hi guys, glad you are enjoying your stay. When you said you were going to a famous place 4 hours from Darwin, I thought for sure you were going to Mataranka Springs. If you head back to Darwin, stay there, you will not be disappointed. Great place to recharge as well. Won’t describe it, I want you to be surprised. One of my favourite spots in the Territory.

It looks like using a camper is the perfect way to travel through Australia. But I think you can easily spend a month or 6 weeks exploring the Northern Territory. Have fun! Looking forward to the next video.

    Welcome to Australia, guys.
I really enjoyed your 30 days in Europe. Such an adventure !
Loved your reaction to Sydney. I too think it's a really beautiful city.
If you can fit it in, the West Macdonalds are fantastic, but one week? Not enough time, I would think. "Have a bonza week" 🇦🇺

Thank you, that one was a crazy adventure! We’re taking things a lot slower here in Australia haha! We agree it’s not enough time, but sadly that’s all we had time for this time! Thanks for watching ☺️

Amazing! We were literally just looking at caravans in Oz when this video posted. You guys are travelling quite posh! Love it! Can't wait to see the rest of the journey and your thoughts on the whole caravan experience 🤙🤙♥♥

Honestly we’re hooked, such a good way to see the country! So much freedom and you can see so many hidden gems that you wouldn’t get to see in the cities! We’d definitely recommend ❤️

Did you have a beer at the pub? If not that's sacrilege in Australia! Every pub stop requires a test of the beer lines....Enjoying your vids. Hope you are enjoying this great country of ours.

This camper was a brilliant idea! Love all your flogs but this one seemed more special since the camper rental was something new!!
Talk about using every square foot of space; whoever designed this space should be given a medal !
    Was the rental expensive?

In Queensland on the long stretches of road. We have roadside trivia signs that they change sort of regularly but not During Covid. They are to keep us awake but they need more than 3 questions.
We live in Queensland now and have done for 6 years. If they didn’t have trivia we wouldn’t know the highest mountain here is Mt Bartle Frere or the State flower is the Cooktown Orchid and more. We do travel a lot to see our family which do not all live in one place. We are not long back from visiting all of the Victorian one’s and of course we left in the floods. We are grounded for a bit now because just the fuel cost $3,500.00. Have fun.

That is such a good idea, we’d love that! Like you said a great way to learn some facts you didn’t know about too! We’ll keep an eye out for them when we head up that way! That sounds great, hope you had a lovely time ☺️

the reason for the straight roads is because in the outback, there is so much room and no need to make the road curve unless any geographical reason. The are mainly found in regional australia

@@AshandKels don't do it, Newcastle is crap, nothing here to do, (coming from a Newcastle resident) you're better off going up to Nelsons Bay (just north of Newcastle about 40 minutes drive) take a cruise on the bay, Tomaree Head Summit walking track (has really nice views of the whole bay/beaches etc) or just relax on the beaches up there instead of festering in the hole that is Newcastle, shoal bay has a caravan park right on the waterfront too, walk straight out of the front of the park and your on the water front. Fingal Bay is another nice spot right on the beach just down the road from Shoal Bay and also has another caravan park.

    • @offgridgoldau
      @offgridgoldau 2 года назад

@@AshandKels should also mention, birubi beach (also has another caravan park but not as nice as shoal bay or fingal bay to stay at) is just down the road from nelsons bay too which has camel and 4x4 rides over the sand dunes on the beach that stretches from newcastle to nelson bay (huge beach 32km long), there is also quad bike adventure rides near newcastle airport (RAAF base, aircraft museum) at williamtown which you can take over to the sand dunes from there.
