  • We found some of the coolest hidden gems here in the Northern Territory of Australia. We were almost alone in all of these places as we were lucky with the weather during rainy season!
We stopped in the Pink Panther Pub before heading to Mataranka springs to relax in the idyllic thermal pools in the middle of the forest. We then spent the night in Nitmiluk national park with a morning hike to Katherine Gorge! - Australia travel vlogs
    Thanks for watching!

The overland telegraph line was completed on 22 August 1872. It connected Adelaide to Darwin and then on to London. It had regular repeater stations along the line, which meant that you found it by going east if you were to the west of the line or west if you were to the east of the line. You only needed to follow it in either direction to find a small settlement. Sometimes, if people were in serious difficulty, they would break the line, and a repair crew would be sent out to fix it, or some even tapped into the line to send a message. Alexander Forrest was a West Australian surveyor and later politician.

I found your guys videos a few weeks ago because I’m looking to go to Australia in 2024 and was looking for videos about Australia. I’m just becoming a regular subscriber now. Your videos are fun to watch! Keep up the good work. Also I’ve been to the UK three times and absolutely love it there. You need to read the book called Larrimah, it goes into the Pink Panther, meat pies and a missing person (murdered) called Paddy Moriarty who went missing one night walking back from the pub to his house in 2017.
