....for the record... the slowest leadout ever was 490w for 3 mins, he was doing 340w in the wheels and then went way too hard accelerating past me! patience young padawan!

SNAP! Nothing sounds nor feels worse than a rear mech tearing away from the bike. Last time I had that happen I actually had spare hanger in bar bag ... still took me over an hour (with help) to fix.
