I’m so glad I stumbled upon this. Ed, I thought you were in Canada. 🤷🏻. What a great combo. Two really nice car guys Never worry about your English. It’s better than many Americans !! I’m assuming this is a bit older since Adam has his 66 Toronado and Imoerial coupe. 😎. Thanks guys. 🎉
I don’t mind having this type or open discussion type video with other car enthusiasts. Definitely a good way to just listen in and take care of stuff while listening
My late father instilled in a young me his passion for classic cars. He and my big brothers shared a love of sports, but I wasn't that much into them. But when he came home in the early '70s with a 1941 Packard 110 Business Coupe, and I saw that proud Packard prow ascend our driveway, I was hooked. (In 1976, he came home from a Kruse auction with a 1965 Galaxie 500 convertible, red with white top, 390 4bbl. My sisters and I were "forced" to share that in high school/college. The HORROR!) Anyway... I learned from Dad early on how truly wonderful classic car aficionados are. You two remind me here of so many wonderful people I met through myriad classic car events during my childhood. Great memories came flooding back, and I didn't want this conversation to end! I hope the opportunity presents itself for Episode 2. Thank you both for what you do. It is so appreciated.
Great video Ed I'm subscribed to both Adam and your channels you both offer great information on the history of the automobile which is something we are losing because unlike war and turmoil the history of day-to-day stuff gets overlooked far too often keep up the great work!
My two favorite car guys! I wish I could have been there. Ed, this is off topic, but your English is impeccable. Your understanding of the nuances of conversation amazes me. I’m of Dutch descent and have tried to learn Dutch. I will never accomplish anything even close to your linguistic mastery. Bravo my friend.
A friend of mine once said "a Dutch person saying that their English isn't that good probably speaks it better than you, while a person who said that they do speak English would be very prepared to correct your language errors."
So glad too have the both of you guys on this platform, and the fact we have one of very few American land yacht collectors and enthusiasts which share the same deep passion for the cars of the 50s - early 80s whom is very experienced and knows all of the little details and options, item years etc. Very cool to know Adam is right in Detroit.
I am a subscriber to both of you guys and enjoyed this meet-up. I enjoy Adam's reviews of classic cars, and Ed does a great job of reporting automotive history. This was a great video. Thank you, Ed.
Great to see you both talking about your shared interests and experiences with your RUclips channels. I've been subscribed to Ed's channel for a while now, and I've also been watching Adam's videos not realizing that I hadn't subscribed, so that situation is now corrected. Big fan of both of you!
I can’t say much more than what’s already been said about this fantastic meeting. I would imagine you both enjoyed making this video as much as we enjoyed watching it. More like this would be wonderful, even if only a zoom call with split-screen video. Many thanks to my two favorite RUclips hosts.
Awesome presentation! I have been following both of your sites for quite a while now since both of you have started. What a treat to see you two together discussing your shared passion for cars and car history. It really doesn't get any better than this for fans of you both.
Hey Ed, I love to watch both of you two guys,,,,,,,, both of you guys are some of my favorites! So glad to see you together again. I've seen just a clip of this some months ago.
I can see myself investing money into almost any venture Ed decides to take on..on RUclips or any other platform! His tongue cheek delivery along with that unique but earnest accent is a perfect recipe for an absolutely amazing audio-visual experience in almost any field..including aviation, ocean cruises, Las Vegas, development of AI…or gourmet cooking. If there is an opportunity to buy a piece of a Channel, I would be up for it with this little powerhouse from Denmark.
My two favorite RUclipsrs! I really enjoyed your chat with Adam. You're both good, sincere guys who really love this hobby and it shows. And, Ed, you're a long way from hideous... Keep up the great work!
My dream is to hopefully buy one of Adam’s beautiful low milage classic cars one day .He knows his cars & he knows how to make them run perfectly. He seems like a very honest trusting person . 👍
Ed I am subscribed to both channels. I have particularly enjoyed the cinematic approach to your videos and the kind of humor you mask behind these informative and interesting short movies. Most of my 15 or so hobby cars have been ‘70s Cadillacs or other non-mainstream classics. So Adam’s channel is a “home run” for me. I love the old Detroit iron!
Two of my favorite channels together. Life is good. I'm glad you enjoyed your trip to the USA, Ed! If you would like to drive an LT4-powered C4 Corvette next time you're in the states feel free to drop me a DM. Admittedly it doesn't have the swagger of the Mk3 but it's quite an interesting piece of history in its own right.
Both of you: Ed & Adam, present excellent, even symbiotic, RUclips enlightenment. THANK you. I was 10 when I saw it and CRIED at the sculptural beauty; '53 Commander Starliner in cream over coral at a farm-town s Studebaker dealers... still contend the 4-seat "personal luxe car" was born, there (thus, the 2-to-4-seat T-bird) and two plus decades of affordable luxury and pony-cars. None... nothing... has eclipsed the lines and walk-around cohesiveness of the Starliner, for me. And like the legion who placed "orders" left unfilled... never GOT one.
Ed's production chops are very high! Great tempo, info with laughs to entertain. Ed's choice of topic per episode is varying which is how the auto marketplace has evolved over time. Go Ed!!
Both you guys are on my favorite list of car channels. Probably two of my favorites for different reasons. I love Rare Classics cars because I lived some of those cars as a kid. I grew up in the 70s-80s and we had some Fords and Mercs. In fact my high school car was a 1967 Mercury Monterey. We called it the "Merc-O-Matic". Good times. I love Ed's channel because it is very entertaining. I look forward to episodes. Keep it up Ed. You are awesome. -Trevor SLC, Ut
I've viewed content from both channels pretty much from their respective humble beginnings. Now that I am subscribed to both I'm amazed how they came together like this. Completely unexpected.
Ed, I first discovered you channel about three years ago when I was researching the Edsel. Your videos are very informative and interesting to watch. I also subscribe to Adam's channel. Enjoy both of you and your videos!
oh neat, this is indeed interesting, subscribed to both and enjoying both channels. However, I know why I like rare classics' channel more than most typical US channels is that he doesn't use any euphemisms, if something was bad about a car, he wouldn't pour some patriotic sauce over it.
Love both of you and have been long time fans of both channels but Ed, jeez, 25 years old? Wow! Refreshing to see such a young car "nerd" who is passionate, knowledgeable and charismatic. Adam is the quirky, charming guy that lives next door and your mom likes but has a sick car collection and a vast knowledge of Detroit's finest. Both of you - keep on keeping on!
Im sooo sad I missed your US visit. I have been enjoying your videos for more than a year. I'm sorry for not commenting but I usually watch these on the TV right before sleep.
I could watch this for hours. Been subbed to both channels for years and like how both channels are laid back and not about the latest $200k car purchase. You guys should consider doing a podcast or something along those lines.
Great video Ed. I'm subscribed to Adam's channel, and now yours, for which I apologize as I have watched all of your videos thinking I had subscribed. That said, you gentlemen dovetail perfectly with your automobile knowledge and level of quality of your presentations. Thanks!
Adam’s got a great page! Been following him since his fourth video (66 Catalina) From A fellow car guy keep up the good work! We’ve got a 66 Pontiac Catalina 2 door post and a 47 Cadillac series 61 fastback.

Ed. If you ever come back to the states, would love to see you and Adam do another collaboration video but try and meet up with Jay Leno. The knowledge that the two of you have obtained would be of great use to banter with Jay.
Love it that you guys got to hang out! Tring to think which of your videos I ran into first. I think it was Ed's on Packard which I thought was so perfectly whimsical and accurate. I think that got youtube to recommend one of Adams which I'm pretty sure was the early one on his green Eldorado. Or maybe Adam's brought the link to Ed's Packard video. But i DO think one brought the other.
Yay I’ve been waiting for this video to drop! I saw Adam’s version a while back - it’s what made me realize I 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙙 to finally subscribe to your channel!

Thanks, Ed, for the visit. Was glad to have you!
Adam is refreshing to have in the car RUclips segment. He's one of us, honest, and is really into cars.
