I was 30 years old when I entered this temple for the first time as a two year convert. That was 36 years ago. Still going strong and love the gospel more than ever. I’ve lived in the USA 32 years and two of my three children have been through the temple. One has served a mission and has been sealed in the temple. Thank you for this video. I spent many happy hours here.

Still, sounds like a fantastic mission. Is the London Temple in that mission? We visited there last year. Loved the temple. I served in Barcelona, Spain, so not too far away.

Can you not see the LIGHT in their countenances ? My goodness it’s bright. When the church wanted to build the Jerusalem center the church authorities promised that there would be no proselytizing but one of the majors piped up saying, “but what about the light in their countenaces”? You four exemplify that statement exactly

I pray for anyone that reads this, will read it with an open mind but most importantly with an open heart. But before I start, I just wanted to say in advance that I'm not trying to insult anyone or jab anyone in any way, but rather I'm trying to bring everyone to the truth.
I urge for anyone that is reading this to heed to what God says in his Word, which is the bible and NOT the book of Mormon. I am pleading and begging people to believe what God had said LONG before the book of Mormon EVER came into existence and long before Joseph Smith was born, God gave us his PROMISE that his words would NEVER pass away! Jesus had already said "thy word is truth." Jesus said: "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will by no means pass away." and the book of Isaiah 40:8 says: "The grass withers and the flowers fade, but the word of our God stands forever." Again, God had already given us his PROMISE that his words would not only be kept intact but that he would preserve his words. If this wasn't so and if there were errors and contradictions found within the bible then his words would of definitely past away. So if anyone, and I mean *ANYONE* tells you that the bible was corrupted, do not believe them! Take the Word of God for what it is, believe God when he said that his words would NEVER pass away, and so since we have that PROMISE from God than we should ONLY follow what the bible says, NOT what the Book of Mormon says. The Book of Mormon is only 200 years old while the official Word of God, the bible is THOUSANDS of years old! The bible came out FIRST before the Book of Mormon so you cannot judge the Bible based on what the Book of Mormon or what Joseph Smith says. Rather, you have to judge the Book of Mormon and Joseph Smith based on what the Bible has to say. Since Mormonism came many centuries upon centuries upon centuries AFTER Biblical Christianity, Mormonism has the burden of proof of proofing itself and not Biblical Christianity. The Bible tests and judges the Book of Mormon. If the Bible and the Book of Mormon contradict each other, the Bible must logically be given first place as the older authority because God had already said that his words would NEVER pass away. The Book of Mormon is the one in error until it proves itself and it can't because there are many *MANY* things in the Book of Mormon that totally contradict with what the bible says. The Book of John says: "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God." This passage ALONE (along with MANY other bible passages) is very clear about the deity of Christ. In addition, the bible is the most accurate and most prophetic book you will ever read. Everything ... and I mean EVERYTHING that is happening in the world today (especially over at the nation of Israel) was long prophesied in the bible. The accuracy of the bible is absolutely STAGGERING and 100% accurate. There is NO book in the history of mankind that is as accurate as what the bible says. I am begging and pleading with people here to trust the bible and NOT the Book of Mormon. Do not trust in any other book but the bible alone. Biblical Christianity stands alone and is the ONLY belief that stands on the DEITY of Christ! Every other religion denies his deity. Mormons deny the deity of Christ, Jehovah Witnesses deny the deity of Christ, Muslims deny the deity of Christ, Rosicrucian's deny the deity of Christ, Scientologist denies the deity of Christ, Hindus deny the deity of Christ etc etc etc. 2 Corinthians 11, Paul said (in the first century) that he's worried about them, that they'll be deceived by Satan to follow another Jesus. THAT WAS IN THE FIRST CENTURY! We need to ask ourselves if what Paul had experienced back then is still happening today? Are we following the right Jesus? Are we following the Jesus of the bible? Because the Jesus of Mormonism is a DIFFERENT Jesus when compared to the Jesus of the bible. Mormons believe Jesus and Satan are brothers, Mormons believe Jesus is NOT God, they deny the Trinity and that he was CREATED! That is a DIFFERENT Jesus. These things are in DIRECT collusion with what the bible says about who Christ is. AGAIN! I don't want anyone to get me wrong here! I and NOT bashing Mormons or offending them in any way! Please, don't take this post the wrong way! I love my fellow Mormons, I love my fellow Jehovah Witnesses, Muslims etc just like how I love ANYONE else! I don't care who you are, but I do have to tell the truth!
Again, I am just urging and pleading with people here to give the bible a CHANCE to reveal itself to you. Because God had already said (long before Joseph Smith came) that he's the ONLY God that there is, none before and none after. Joseph Smith taught that there is a COUNSEL of gods and that you can become a god one day of your own planet. This is obviously a DANGEROUS teaching that totally goes against what the bible had already taught us about what happened in the book of Genesis when the devil used this tactic of becoming like god that plunged man into sin.
We must ask ourselves if this is the same tactic that Satan is using on us today? The pride of man with the allure of becoming a god one day are two DEADLY combinations! And Satan knows this! This is the very thing that plunged man into sin to begin with in Genesis 3, so WHY are people teaching this! Even WORSE people are teaching that this doctrine is actually in the bible when it's clearly not! Please, I am once again BEGGING people to read your bibles. Do not let ANYONE lead you astray. And I'm not just talking about the Mormon Church. I'm talking about ANY CHURCH, and I mean ANY CHURCH that strays from Gods Word and leads you after other gods or teachings that is totally against scripture needs to be flat out rejected. I challenge my fellow Mormon friends to read the bible without anyone hovering over you and telling you what it means. Because when you do that, they will only tell you what it means based off of THEIR beliefs. We need to read the bible for ourselves! Do not put your eternity in another person's hands! Get a bible, go inside your rooms, lock the door, turn OFF your cellphones, STAY OFF your bed, get down on your knees and ask God to reveal the truth to you. Then go to your desk and open the Word of God and read it for yourself. The bible says in 2 Timothy 3:16 that ALL scripture is breathed out by God. So you can TRUST that the bible is Gods Word to you! God bless to all of you and I pray that this post will bring at least ONE person to the true and Living Christ of the BIBLE!
PS: I wholeheartly encourage people to listen to Lynn Wilders testimony on her conversion from Mormonism to Biblical Christianity. If anyone is reading this is not willing to read the bible for themselves then at the very least look at Lynn Wilders testimony on the link below on what God did in her life. She was challenged to read the bible for herself and that's what she and her husband did and what they had found out completely blew them away at how different the Jesus of the bible was compared to what they had been taught within the Mormon Church. Because of this experience she converted from Mormonism to Biblical Christianity. It is an unbelievable testimony and one that I highly encourage for people to look at. The links are below. Great question! Mormonism or Mormons is the nickname given to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS). There are many different denominations within the umbrella term of Christianity. Christians include all individuals who follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Many Christians claim that the authority they have as a church was passed down from generation to generation. However, Latter-Day saints/Mormons claim that the authority was lost from the earth not long after the death of Christ and His apostles, but that that authority was restored or brought back to the earth in later years through modern prophets and apostles called of God.
