Thanks for the tour guys , just an observation, the cassette toilet 🚽 is going to be tricky to remove for emptying if back is loaded with kit , I’m not a fan of bringing them through living space with kids / pets milling about......
It's been a while 😁 another great review of a fantastic van. On another note... I'm looking to rent a van for Glastonbury this year. Any contacts in the south Wales area would be much appreciated. Thanks guys, hope Bentley is doing good.
K T Hey! Thanks for watching! It might be worth asking on our chat group on Facebook if anyone knows of a good hire company. You can join the group here: facebook.com/groups/536653756862111/?ref=share
Cool van, would be handy to have some measurements, or better still a 29inch wheeled full sus mountain bike at hand to show if the space is useful for bike types.
I foresee logistic problems having the cassette access at the rear/front of the garage if you are fully loaded? Hopefully, the cassette is easy to move as you scrabble about on your knees, ducking thro the tamba doors or wrestling with the bikes and diving gear....
Hi, thanks for the nice tour. I am really curious about the standing height inside. This is usually a problem with the new 4x4 Crafter since the 4x4 steals 10cm height from the interior. I was hoping for a shot with someone standing inside. Would love some insight!
Hello, LIZZY &Shawn, I take it that this VW. MODEL, IS THE LONGEST ,,also height , I like the bed, NOT having to move it daily ! Is that refrigerator , is it 12 volt, or a 3 way power ? Cheers From NJ,USA🏴🏴🏴🇬🇧🇺🇸
That is Beautiful, The ONLY 1 thing i would have IF this was Mine is when you open the Back 2 Doors i would have a Plastic sheet so NOBODY could see in [YES it would spoil the view from the Bed, BUT Mount a Decent sized TV ADD a camera so You WOULD see the Nature AND you would have a BIG Screen tv while in Bed. I don;t like the idea of THAT BIG OPEN Back end where the Bed is. I have seen other Vans with the Back end [Where Bed it] Blocked off With a Plastic/Insulated sheet then with the rear Camera going to the Mounted TV you could SEE what;s going on Behind [While in Bed] PLUS you would have a TV/Projector to watch Movies while Nice N Cosy in Bed. Beautiful Van/Camper, And i would ONLY get the VW Crafter Anyway [With DSG AUTO] As an Ex Lorry Driver/VW Van Driver in UK. In my Humble opinion these VWs are BETTER that the Merc Sprinter as i have Driven Both.
I would like to say the drop down basin in most vans should be ;placed on the oppisite wall/panel to the toilet bowl allowing he user sit on and shave as opposed to standing while shaving. Mainly to help those of us who are disabled. I am surprised at the lack of thought put into disabled users in camper vans & no grab rails, A little thought needs to be applied here urgently by all van builders please.
Great van but should be for the price, personally I would have put 2 pop outs on the rear (with windows) and had the double bed width ways, that would of freed up some space for the full rocknroll second bed and a larger shower area or some other design feature, I just think the space could be utilised better for such a big van. Surprised customer did not spec a full spare wheel on the back (i assume they will be offroading in this). Nice vid though , cheers @van_ping
I noticed the exposed metal on the bottom of the rear seats. That bespoke dark blue wouldent have been my choice. It dose make the living space look alot smaller . It dosent have a 100 grand look in my opinion! [ not on the interior]
@@omarwilliams1145 Apparently I not the only person who has similar opinion’s. I don’t look at the VW Brand through rose tinted glasses, if I see a turd that exactly what I call it. (I drive a VW BTW, it has some amazingly good design features.
Very tidy conversion, great build quality on a fantastic base van, thanks for the walkthrough ... if you'd like to see more conversions and self build based on the Crafter/ TGE come and join our fb group facebook.com/groups/2017CrafterTGE/
I would rather use MY OWN TOILET. I know who and what has been in there. Also not everyone is as clean or cleans equally as good/prostine. I have seen toooo muuuuch!!!
That under bed storage is useless. Yes you can fit a ton of stuff in there, but you’d have to unpack it all to get something out. Would drive me nuts. Kitchen area is tiny as usual, because they fitted a shower cubicle. Why?! 99% of the time people stay at campsites with showers. Such a waste of space.
So this is what 100k buys you ? Am I missing something here , hardly luxury, bare looking and utilitarian my money would be going elsewhere . Great look round but not for me
Loved hearing that intro music again, it seems ages since your last video. Cool van, and great review!

declan doherty you take the cassette through the utility garage so as safe as can be

Cool van. Missed your vlogs, hope to see more from you as the weather improves.

Missed your vlogs, looking forward to more soon 😏😏😏
Looking at the comments is quite sad. Who knew there were so many ‘world experts’ in the van world?
Nice walk round mate 👍
Great tour👍🏻 I need to put my interior into this van love it
Beautiful van my only gripe getting the loo cassette out Ned to leave access pain if garage is full
So many vans😍 so few parking places 😁

Very nice. Welcome back! Think ‘go anywhere’ is ambitious 😂, muddy/gravel road limits?
Love this conversion, plenty of room for my kayak on the roof👍
Kayaking and Camper Vans defo go hand in hand!
@@ABusAndBeyond just need to find nearly £100000 to buy one 🤣

Come to Florida and you'll pay at least $230,000.00 for this!
Very nice looking practical camper. Do you what the electrical set up, capacity is.
On a normal licence or a C1

Nice Van but I would need to win the lottery for this one.

Nice van 👌🏼 how much smaller is the LWb than the older shape 2017 LWb?
I don't understand why more designers don't in install the dropdown sink in the bathroom; it's a terrific idea.👍
fantastic dream
Could I put side sleeping area an give a bigger wash area. Pods on the rear area possible? ???

Does this van has no insulation? Can see carpet over the body frame! Cold or very hot!!!
At least, having the tamba door rolling upwards means that the track doesn’t fill with dust and sand.
What is done regarding window screen privacy?
Any windscreen and cab window blinds?
Great tour Sean, thanks

How’s the headroom in the 4Motion LWB?
The big question how much for this van
what was the price ? lg mario
Another fixed bed I'm gonna start refering to them as camperbed vans
Prices??

I’d love to know the stats, of how many owners with a shower cubicle in their van actually shower in it.
DJ LoRD I've a shower in mine. All 4 of us , use it constantly when we're away.
Team Robertson. Honest question. Do you use your own shower when you’re at a campsite with showers?
@@BognorYouthU13 yes. Sometimes. Small kids are easier ro wash in the van
I think the main reason showers are often put in vans is because if they are building a room for a toilet, they may as well put a shower in it.

Lot of place was lost. Bad sleeping decision. Rebuild it

I'd at least expect them to cover up the bare metal on the rear doors for 100k...
pretty conventional floorplan.......not my choice
A permanent bed is such a waste of space in a van of this size...
