  • The Banana Dance is Adam's original cocktail, developed for a Sherry competition. It was inspired by Josephine Baker a woman who Earnest Hemmingway called "The most striking woman I ever met" she was also a spy during WWII and was involved in the Civil Rights movement of the 1960's.
    Our Guest Adam George Fournier is one of the most recognizable bartenders in Los Angeles. Aside from helping to start many of great cocktail programs and helping bars with the purchasing of barrels he now a bar manager at the Nomad Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles

    .5oz (15ml) Dolin Blanc Vermouth
    .5oz (15ml) Brown Butter Washed Velvet Falernum
    .5oz (15ml) Green Spot Irish Whiskey
    1 tsp Versus Blanc
    1 tsp Nocino Walnut Liqueur
    Chocolate Stripe Garnish
