Everybody wants to be something else when they feel so different because they realize they don't think like the other kids your age and it takes awhile for that maturation to you startfeeling comfortable in your own skin embracing your different.
Yeah alot of it is that the ones that have been let in and gotten in close has lead to selfdoubt and manifesting more insecurities, feeling like fans and people just outside were those that showed support and belief.
Here is my takeaway on a few things. 1st this cage is also shown in the background of the the Search video, he has left it and I believe the shopping cart he is pushing is also his cage that he feels trapped in that he brings with him like his balloons are his burdens, and why he climbs into it at the end of the video. The keys he is holding are from the song Outro at the end which is from the album before this. And he mentions that his head is in the clouds which is a song from his mixtape which is like 2 albums later. I think his genius is such that he has all this planned out so far ahead of time. If you study his lyrics he has done this to many times to count
