I've always thought hus cart was a physical representation of his mind? And he's always having to lug it around and also with his black balloons being his demons/issue he has, or we all have? As a long time fan, it's always fun to find someone experiencing Eminem's depth for the first time. He's not just another rapper. He's on top of that world precisely because he is so different, so much more real and down to earth than the others. He's not just talking about what he's got, his money, or hot women. He's always been relatable. I KNEW he was grounded when I heard "Rock Bottom" on one of his earliest albums. He's one of VERY few celebrities who didn't let the money and fame make him feel superior or disconnected from regular people and their struggle.

Aurora is a free spirit, she isn't concerned with others opinions of her, she is quite secure in who she is. She is a voice for those she feels are oppressed in the world, those that don't feel they fit in or that there is prejudice against them and/or they are osctracized from society. This song has a very important message with a playful fun beat. Thanks for a very nice reaction.

this is a good song. but i have to admit, this is really not my favorite. the lyrics are very ok, but yeah.. the repetitiveness of the chorus. nah. even aurora find them ugly, i've learned. there is duet acoustic version, which i would prefer. go and grab a card, it's worth it! thanks for you reaction. btw: there is a video where she paint the masks and chat.

As others have commented, Aurora said that she wrote this song in response to her disgust at learning about conversion therapy for LGBT people. The liars are the ones (religions) who try to hook people into conversion therapy. I don't need a cure for me is her answer. It's not about a personal relationship, but about rather ecstatically dancing in the face of people who want to tell us who we are and are not "allowed" to be. I loved it the moment I first heard it. 😍

Again, very good interpretation. Thanks. There is an interview with Genius on YT where she discusses and sings the lyrics for Cure for Me. You really should listen to what she says, even if on your own. She did same for Runaway and Queendom but Queendom is on NME and is only 4 minutes. Please do Queendom next along with the 4 minute interview. BTW, Aurora designed and made all the masks in the Cure.......video. Great point, she does exude freedom, great observation.

You've made a mistake about what the song is about. It is not about a personal relationship. “Cure For Me” is the lead single from AURORA’s third studio album, The Gods We Can Touch. In an interview with NME, AURORA talks about how the track was inspired by countries that still have legalized conversion therapy for LGBTQ+ people. This song is an anthem of self love and how we are all perfect no matter our differences or what society may deem as “irregular.” Sonically, the track experiments with a more “playful” sound different from what AURORA has done in previous songs." PS. I don't think Aurora has ever written a song about one of her personal relationships. I realize it is an easy mistake to make as that is that the songs of most artists are about, but Aurora is very different.

Just as you said, Auroras lyrics are often open for interpretation. When tallking about this track she has said that she was devestated that conversion therapy for HBTQ pepeople were legal i Norway. However since then it has been banned.

wow ive seen this guy all over the internet but never listened to his music until this video. Everything ive seen ab him usually revolves around comedy and jokes/laughter so ofc i judged the book by the cover and assumed his personality is what took him to the top, in a way it did but not how i thought, whenever i saw him online I almost saw him as a comedian type. This song alone has already completely changed my perception of him, what a great human with a pure soul. Its like he took the melodic singing "emo" rap that became massive and put his own country twist on it. Genius!
