Awesome tutorial! Thank you for taking the time to show us! You were very detailed and easy to follow. I feel confident about the sleeve job I am taking on - thank you!
Because of you I just removed my buttons mine were attached to the lining looked very sloppy now to try the correct way. Any body has the good fortune to apprentice under you will be one fine tailor.
I’ll never complain about sleeve alteration costs again. Very nice video. Excellent demonstration and instruction. That is one awesome steam iron and sewing machine. I love how you check the work and aren’t satisfied with and correct ‘the bubble.’ Say “bubble” again, it’s so cute.
I never thought to sew glue tape right in like that. I usually sew tacks with the machine before attaching the lining, or by hand after attaching the lining. I might try this next time. It wouldn't be as permanent, but I'd like to see how it goes. :)
Nice tutorial! I like to see the finished inside, however. Otherwise it was great to see this and get a lot of good tips from a professional tailor. Thank you, Mr. Hui.
very interesting....like opening the lining to machine sew lining to sleeve....I have been had sewing up to now.....thank you and please continue to do more video's......wish I could take private lessons from you !! Sincerely !!!
You are a very very talented artistic tailor. Just watching you do the buttons was like magic. After watching you I feel like throwing everything I ever made in the garbage. Wow.What a treat for me Thank You much
Hello, perhaps you can advise me on a problem I have had a few times. The top vent is not sitting flat on the bottom vent. There is a fold of material about 1 cm next to the 3rd button up from the cuff. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to fix it? Thank you for any help you can offer
hello Mr Hui could you have a video about how to shorten suit jacket and goes to shorten a jacket sleeve from shoulder of Jacket when it's not possible from buttom of sleeve thanks
I'm really pissed off but not because of this video but because of the seamstress I went to, who calls herself a professional, but absolutely butchered my sleeves, which gives true professionals like this man here, for example, a bad name
You’re the best! I liked the way you sew the buttons, thanks so much!

Again, it's a very informative video but it does not have a mitred vent. Maybe he can do one that shows how to make the mitred edge?
